Nicely kept park. Sports field, basketball hoops and plenty of canopied shade for the kids to play, and benches to sit under. Playground equipment is in good shape. Restrooms open around 6:30 and are very clean early when I arrive.

With the addition of sunshades this playground is the best! There are bathrooms and a great playground structure. As a plus it is next to Target so you can knock out an errand before or afterwards.

Playground is, in my opinion the best in Encinitas for ages 1-10. Fully enclosed, bathrooms, kids can ride small scooters around. You can usually walk into the field and kick a ball, play Frisbee... And Target is across the street!!!
