Most aspects of our stay were great—clean rooms, a good breakfast, and they allow pets. However, the experience was soured by Melinda at the front desk. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When we asked if the hot tub would be opening soon, her response made us feel like she thought we were the dumbest people ever. Had I checked in with Melinda, I likely would have found another place to stay. People with that kind of attitude shouldn't be working in guest services.

Booked a suite but not understanding the difference from a standard room.. room was clean though. Wish the bathroom door had more privacy. Dinner was decent. Couldn't sleep due to people hanging out in the hallways until 1am. Entertainment center (arcade) across the street was a huge bonus.

I was at the casino over the weekend. When i returned to my car. I noticed my car had damage down the side, it had been involved in a hit and run in the parking lot. After my experince and they way ive been treated, i never feel safe to go here again. I contacted security. They called the tribal police. Security told me they had video of the truck that hit me. But would not give me the plate number or information. Security told me to just file a claim with my insurance. The person who hit me, his insurance company should pay not me. Hit and run is illigal and a crime! The tribal police who work for the casino were not very helpful. The Officer told me that a lot of times they don't get plates #s in these circumstances. This is the most heavily camera monitored places in the county! What do you mean casinos dont have video footage. You mean to tell me if someones steals from the casino and leaves they wouldnt be able to get a plate on the getway car? B.s.! the officer said he would get me a police report in 2 days. He never answers his cell phone 2,3,4,days later. When i called the office it goes to the chief who has gave me the run around. He had me call back at 8 pm then when i called back after 4 days he said the officer was away and it would take a while to get a report. That i would have it in 15 days. My case number is 0001. The first case of the year and its going to take 2 weeks, insane. If you can not help me, when my property has been damaged i will let everyone in the community know that you are not safe on this property! The casino and the tribal police have done nothing to help! It has been 6 days now and nobody has contact to me. When i call them they tell me they can not help me!

We had a big group of parents and football players and service was great. They accommodated our large group at dinner that kept getting bigger! Casino was fun entertainment. Gym lacked free weights but they told us we could access the gym across the street with a day pass. Room were comfortable.

This hotel experience was our first for an Indian casino. We are not sure if most Indian casinos that operates hotels/resorts provides similar service, but we have some major feedback that should be taken into consideration for discussion for the tribal board members. Keep reading!||We decided to stay here for our 18th anniversary celebration, having eaten at their major restaurant (Rivers Edge). ||Check In Process:|Upon check-in we were given keys to the room and breakfast vouchers. We were able to leave the car out front to get a cart and load our own luggage.||At that time, we didn’t think to ask, but here’s the issue once we got into our room: there was no information in the room mentioning restaurant options/hours, no info housekeeping schedule, how to contact maintenance, or Wi-Fi instructions. The front desk clerk DID NOT SHARE ANY OF THIS INFORMATION. We had to guess and called the front desk who would then contact the appropriate department to come and assist.| |Include this information in writing at the time of check-in or place this info in the room, as we felt silly having to call the front desk clerk each time instead of calling the specific department. As for Wi-Fi, we ended up using our mobile hot spots for the duration of our stay.||We did like the fact that we were able to get a free night based on an offer that was mailed after I made the reservations.||We couldn’t use the breakfast vouchers because Rivers Edge Grill only offered from Friday-Sunday, and we were there Sunday to Thursday. That’s was a waste, because the dinner options we had there were good on the two occasions that we dined there.|||Room:|We had a king-size bed with no smoking. Clean enough throughout and no insect or bug issues. I’ll assume that this hotel was built in the last 5-10 years. However:| |The current closet design doesn’t allow for long tops, dresses, or pants not folded, because the safe is stored at the bottom of the closet. The bottom section of the closet is a little short for those long tops/polo shirts, as those pieces were dragging on the bottom. Instead, I removed the iron board and hung our longer pieces there. You can make it work if all clothes are folded and hung. We did appreciate the safe and used it.||There are enough AC outlets and USB connections for tablets/phone/laptops.||The air conditioner/heating unit is underneath the window and kept the room comfortable.||The bed was comfy to a point, but our personal pillows helped.||Their version of a “Keurig” machine worked, so we were able to use our pods we brought with us.||Bathroom:|The bathroom was large and spacious, and has a hair dryer that also acted as a night light. This bathroom had a “farm door” slider and could accommodate a wheelchair. The towel rack is in an odd space, as it is below the sink and your legs and hips can lean on it. But the sink itself had drawers for storage, sections for towels, and enough space on both sides for toiletries, the shower was powerful (square head), although I could not adjust the shower head. The water stream hits the glass door and when you open to enter, water splashes outside and on the ledge, so be careful with this. Can only enter the shower from one side, and there was no bathmat to prevent slippage and it should have been.||Toilet Tissue mechanism was not leveled and loose from wall. The roll could fall off in its normal position.||Housekeeping:|Because there was no info on the housekeeping process, we assumed that the room would be serviced each day. The schedule was that rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day of stay, and this was a major LACK OF COMMUNICATION, and again should have been mentioned at check-in or identified in writing and posted in the room. The third day was our last day of the stay, so we had to request towels, toilet tissue, and coffee products on two different occasions. For the price we paid (170.10/night) we should have have service on each day. However, Caelen from Housekeeping was kind to respond timely and provide us with the items we needed, and he also replaced our broken chair.||Noise was at a minimum with the exception of one noisy family who were staying over us, but they checked out on our 2nd day. Otherwise, it was quiet at night. ||Overall, the initial stay at an Indian casino wasn’t too bad, but we will reconsider for a future stay.

This was a great place Dog friendly and the food was amazing. Either you eat after hours in the casino or you eat in the dining room. The portions are huge for what you pay is amazing. Double cheeseburger w/ bacon 8.99 I added chili about 2 bucks in the casino. Also there is a Mexican food delight there as well forget about it the burrito is the size of a Converse tennis shoe 😂bring your appetite for either I couldn't finish. In the dining room we had breakfast one being a monte Cristo you can definitely split. I had the chicken fried steak, you can get fruit or potatoes or side salad but again the side salad is a full plate not just a side. Never the less all was great the casino, hospitality the food was amazing.😎👍👍
Sorry my pictures didn't provide a great shot so I can't provide you any

I wish I could give them a higher rating, as many of the people I met there provided excellent service. However, I had one horrible experience with the head of their security.

I'm handicapped and when I first checked in I was concerned about the distance to the RV parking from the hotel. One of the better people I met a security person, assured me that I would be able to get a ride from their Department to my RV at any point that I needed it.

With that I decided to extend my stay. Again however, just after I did that I requested a ride up to my rig, just grab a few things for the extended stay. The head of security and one of his underlings drove me up there and told me they'd be back for me in 10 minutes.

After 35 minutes I began the long and arduous hobble down, with my bad leg. When I got to the hotel the head of security was standing there and gave me a thumbs up. I'm not sure what that was meant to be, but as I was passing him I heard him and the other underling start to laugh.

I brought this to the front desk supervisor who after talking to me for nearly 20 minutes and offering me a $20 off refund per night I became much more upset. He shared with me that he had no power to do anything. Then all of a sudden I noticed a woman standing at the front desk, wearing a hotel ID with a title of executive assistant.

I asked her if she would talk to me about the situation, and she said she would. So I sat down with her for another 30 minutes, and she assured me she would take action. By the time I Departed I still hadn't heard back from her and I don't think I ever will.

Even though everything looks great on the surface I think there are some systemic problems with their management, and from my experience it starts at the top and works down.

If you read some of the other problematic reviews you'll note that even though this is a relatively new hotel it is starting to degrade quickly. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you're handicapped, because they don't have the appearance of caring.

Hadn’t been here in awhile but noticed a few changes since last time: they remodeled & expanded seating for the small restaurant/eatery that is located inside the casino, food there is actually pretty good for a quick, casual bite, most of the casino is now non-smoking except for an area on the far left of the main entrance doors where people can smoke, used to be the other way around & it’s a much better arrangement now, esp if you’re a non-smoker & don’t want your clothes/hair to wreak like smoke because someone is always smoking at the machine right next to you, they also have a poker room now & a lot of the older slot machines have been replaced by newer ones with much higher minimum bets. They will still take all your money if you stay too long so best to try to leave with some of their money-Don’t put it all back if you come up at all!! I brought $25 with me & left with a little over $200 so I was happy with that. Don’t forget to fill up at the Pump &Play while you’re there at about .50¢ less per gallon than in town. Not huge savings but every little bit helps these days!
