alright so, the arcade portion matches all of the reviews left on it. the floor is filthy and some games don't work but i actually only purchased entry for the playscape which was $12.50 during the weekend, priced without socks which are $2.50, age wasn't taken into consideration. as shown, this side was more functional & clean, would visit again.

I have been to kiddleton for years now. I started taking my kids when this place had just opened which was very neat. It was such a clean environment & a very fun place. We are not in the area as much but we decided to go by today. My kids had some fun but nearly every machine was down. It would’ve been nice if they communicated that to their customers & made adjustments to their prices during these malfunctions. We purchased the arcade card not knowing half the machines were out of service or off. Overall we were disappointed this time around.

A total waste of money. This was our first time here and we were excited to have found a place near us that offered open play. The young man working the front desk was rude and didn’t offer any help in explaining how it worked. We payed for both the 10 dollar credit and the open play. Almost all of the machines were out of service and most of the riding games look liked they haven’t been wiped down in a while. I payed for the claw machines and needed help with the coin dispenser. The young man had what looked like a worker on his day off help me, who was also rude, and left a woman in a wheel chair waiting for him to let her out. We looked over at the play area, nothing was in its place and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept, which is weird because you have to take your shoes off to play. We left shortly after and the front desk worker payed no attention to his surroundings and was talking to another young lady that looked like a worker on her day off. This could be a great place if it had a better cleaning system and attentive employees.Truly a disappointment and will not recommend this place to anyone.

New kiosk claw machines have been added at Hulen Mall! Even though the arcade machines are currently under maintenance, the claw machines really bring a fresh vibe to the store. I’ve seen some previous comments and can understand the concerns, but as a fan of claw machines, I don't mind waiting for the arcade to be fixed. The little park for kids is adorable, and I hope they’ll add more variety of toys there, but it’s still a lot of fun for the little ones. Fingers crossed the arcade gets up and running soon so I can bring my friends over!

Me and my kids went there. They were really had fun. I’m glad they enjoyed our time together. This will be our one of the best quality time that we’ve had. Hoping for more years of service and continuous providing of core memory to kids and to the next generation.

I went with my great niece and her twin daughters who were turning 2 years. This is a place they come often, I was told. It's got a variety of areas for children to play store, beauty shop, fireman and police. One parent took one twin upstairs to Build-a-Bear while the other parent and twin played at Kiddleton, Then they switched off. One twin actually was very unhappy at Build-a-Bear but cheered up at Kiddleton! Their grandparents met them there and enjoyed interacting with them as did I.

What a creatively magical place to celebrate. Both little kids and for kids from the tiny donut shop to the grandest arcade. Special thank you to John and Lady Zoraya I'm sure I spelled that wrong please forgive me for helping me and making the party set up super easy can't wait to create again.

What a beautiful hidden gem !!
Inside Hulen mall and it’s got things for the whole family. One side is an amazing imagination play area for young kids. They have little shops like a hair salon, diner, sushi truck, hospital, ice cream truck, and fruit/veggie market where the kids can get creative with the way they want to play. They also have a huge ball pit and rock wall. They had way too many balls in the ball pit and made it hard to walk around but it was still very fun ! The other side was an arcade where you can load a card and go play games then get a prize depending on the amount of tickets you get. What a smart idea so the whole family can have fun !
