Feature Description
Loan Process Customers provide collateral (an item of value) and receive a loan amount based on the item’s appraised value. The loan term is determined by the item’s value and the customer’s agreement.
Item Evaluation Pawnbrokers assess the item’s condition, market value, and potential resale value to determine the loan amount. Transparency in this evaluation process is vital for customer trust.

It’s also prudent to understand the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, including interest rates, fees, and the redemption timeframe. Reviewing the Google My Business reviews can provide valuable insights into the experiences of other customers. Finally, comparing offers from multiple pawn shops can help secure the most favorable terms.

In conclusion, First Cash Pawn offers a familiar and relatively accessible option for individuals needing quick cash or looking to sell valuable items. However, prospective customers should approach the process with careful consideration, taking into account the average customer feedback and researching the potential value of their collateral. Bad selection. You can tell nobody wants to sell to this place. They barely have any products. Employees are kind of rude too. Not the best pawn shop around, that’s for sure.

This was my go to, but after this morning i won't be back. Sometimes people need help. Sometimes times things get hard. I came this morning 30 minutes early. They open at 10. I waited outside 20 minutes past the time they opened. 10:20. I walked up to the door at 9:55, at 10 o'clock the lady came to the door and said it'll be 5 or 10 minutes. It was 33゚ outside. I'm sorry it's not my fault you didn't get here on time. It's your store. You lost a good customer. Don't post times. If you are gonna open at that time. Then when I walked in the lady had a severe attitude I was 1st in line and she helped 3 other customers behind me while I walked around until she found time to go in the back and get the item that I had pawned. She was obviously irritated that I was outside before they opened. Whatever get over it.

They sell used firearms and try to claim they are new. To someone who doesn't know enough they might fool the uneducated. They also sell damaged firearms at new price. For example, they were selling a revolver with wood grips. The grips were broken and severely cracked with massive noticeable damage. I asked if they take less due to the fact that you're going to have to replace those grips. They told me no and stuck with the new price. Spend your money at a place that will be honest about what's new and what is used.

Went in yesterday to pick up a laptop i had in pawn. I accidently locked my keys in my car so I went in to ask ask for help and they were rude and acted like I was bothering them. I would understand if they were busy but they did not have any customers at all. Then I turn my laptop on and now it makes a weird noise. It is only a few months old and never made the noise before I pawned it.

Had to go back three times for a problem with 2 faulty Google Mini's. Finally just had to get our money back. The manager had attitude from the very beginning over a USB power cord of all things. NOT a place to go folks. There are PLENTY of other pawn shops out there that truly appreciate your business. Don't waste your time here.

Went in yesterday and bought a portable a/c unit. Brought it home and it didn't blow cold. I called and asked if I could return it or even get store credit for it. Was told sold "as is". They had it inside and said it was tested. Well of course it's going to blow cold air inside a building with a/c. Manager was very rude about it and just hung up on me.

Worst experience EVER! First of all, I am a disabled veteran who served multiple tours in Iraq during Desert Shield. I was given disability and have been out of the Marines since 2003. I accidentally used the word active but then explained I was an active veteran with full benefits to use on base facilities and got medical benefits for my disabled status. The manager Erica Espinoza has no clue what a veteran is and thought I was active duty military even after I presented a VA card. I am 50 yrs old and retired now medically. I explained I can't be recalled. They refused me a pawn for items I had valued over 400 dollars and all I asked for was 50 dollars on a loan. Now here is the catch..this was the 4th time I pawned there and I paid off my loans early. I will be contacting my Congress man and try and expose these guys for being anti Veteran. I fought 8 years in the middle east and this is how I was treated. Any former military, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THEM PERIOD!
