Stop by this location to see if I could pick up PS2 controller since I acquired a new PS2 with games that won’t be available for future game system port unless hell freezes over. What a nostalgia trip and a half. This place has damn near everything you can think of video game wise from the past 3 decades. The girl there which will remain nameless for her sake was so helpful and friendly in helping me find my item and giving me a fair price on it. Shocked that a place has all this old school feels and more. I will be back to build my childhood memories growing from video games. Thank you so much. Jaws Unleashed is more fun than I remember besides graphics not being up to date with current video games.

Bought a PS4 Pro today. Noticed the storage was less than 500 gigs. Called the store they were as surprised as I was. It was indeed a PS4 Pro as they verify the model number before they sell it, just didn’t have the 1 TB of storage. Even though it was a one off problem they called their owner and the owner offered to set up a day a few days from now to fix it for me by swapping the storage. Great little store and the customer service was great too. I’ll be coming back. They went above and beyond in my book. I’ll edit this after they correct my little issue. PS4 works great though. Not counting the nice nostalgia trip I had looking at all the retro systems they got. This will be my new main game store. And the staff are friendly.

Today my son and I had the most Incredible experience today at Video Game Galaxy. I belive her name was Steph, was so friendly , helpful and you can tell very knowledgeable and passionate about the store and gaming! We made our purchases today based on how incredible our experience was. This place is also a vault of vintage gaming with very reasonable prices! Would recommend anyone to come and check them out!! Sold multiple stuff usually awesome company. Went to sell them my Xbox and got turned down cause he couldn’t connect to his own WiFi. Asked if I can restart since I haven’t fully wiped my Xbox. Was probably trying to pick up my network. After 20 minutes with my family waiting in the car tells me he has to pass because he didn’t want to restart and connect to his Wi-Fi said that it had connection issues. Not helpful time waster.
