I was there 1/21, I have an Ipad 5th Gen that I took here to get the screen fixed. after testing it the pen doesn’t work correctly because they used a non “Display IC” and its not compatible with the pen. It makes lines a few millimeters away from the pen tip and when you draw diagonal lines it doesn’t make them straight, tried multiple apps.
I asked the Technician and he said he used “high quality replacement parts, but not genuine apple ones and he didn’t know why the pen wasn’t working, and tried to blame it on the pen.
Information online said the malfunction happens when the display is replaced with the incorrect one.
I would look for other places to repair, you get what you pay.
Id appreciate a feedback from a manager, or other alternatives Including getting my money back.

I went here and got an iPad case for my son I got $5 discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My phone was not charging properly and they helped with that too. They work very fast. The store was also very bright, clean and overall great atmosphere. They didn't get annoyed with my kids. I highly recommend them.

SAMAD did a great job, he was polite and very knowledgeable about the products being sold. I came for one screen protector and ended up leaving with two. My screen was cracked and I didn’t even see it, SAMAD pointed it out and saved me a trip back to the Walmart . Thank you for treating your customers right.

This place was great! Fixed my daughter’s iPhone 11 in about 10 min! I just went to check the price but he was extremely affordable and available immediately so we did it! Works great! Will definitely be back if I need another repair!
