We had a great time doing the Ski Lodge escape room! We’ve done a lot of escape rooms as a family and this was one of our favorite experiences. There are a lot of creative, challenging puzzles.

my group and i traveled from phoenix to flagstaff and decided to try an escape room. our game masters name was valo. he did a great job at giving us hints that weren’t too obvious. definestly recommend!

My father and I decided to go to flagstaff for Father’s Day. We ended up booking a room for ski lodge, the room was very fun! Brady was a good game master. Will be coming back to do Gamblers Gambit next time we are in flagstaff! %100 would recommend.

Their escape rooms are challenging and fun! I’ve done a ton of these across the country and they are on par with all the others and definitely works hard to make the experience fun. The problem I have is they only let you buy a minimum of 3 passes. I’ve lived near your facilities for 6 years and have only done 2 of the rooms. I just don’t like paying for 3 passes when I only have 2 ppl. I’ve called the manager and the only thing they do is give me a 10% off coupon code. I think if you are trying to cater to the public in its entirety you would allow people to do the rooms with only two people. You pretty much exclude any couples looking for a date night. I would think you probably have lost thousands in sales as well. Who knows if anyone will read this or care but I thought I’d let you know. Please stop the 3 person minimum so I can enjoy the rest of the rooms with my significant other.

Had a fun time, staff were great and made the experience better. The room/story weren’t very immersive for me. We did the gamblers gambit; the puzzles were creative and satisfying, but the story was kinda a clumsy binder to hold the puzzles together. Ill be back to try their other rooms!

We had a great time doing the Ski Lodge with 3 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. If management is reading this, I agree with another review that the first clue took far too long simply because of the quality of the display. (I'm trying to not give away too much.) That ate up so much of our time without it being the challenge of the puzzle. More like "Am I seeing this right? It's blurry." That aside, it was a fun activity for different ages.
