I called to report a concern about a trapping violation and the employees I spoke with were professional and efficient, took my concern seriously, and took action promptly. Could not have asked for a better response. I am grateful for the work and professionalism at this office and feel that we are fortunate to have these folks in town.

So far my only experience with these folks is the front office staff. Super helpful. The phones were busy so I went in with questions and they were answered and more.

Had a boat from Colorado that I needed to register. The ladies in the office went above and beyond to make it happen in 1 visit. Very helpful and friendly!

These ladies made the registration process so easy today! This was especially appreciated because neither ADOT or the tire shops are on their A game today so I especially appreciated Sara, Katherine and Kylie helping me save time this morning!! It's rare to find service with a smile nowadays; especially in a government building ?

I have been throughout country to get hunting licenses, and this has been the best experience I’ve received. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! They are very knowledgeable and they provide all the hard copy information available.

Every single time I have been here they are kind and efficient. The helped with a glitch in their system that wasn't showing my bonus points. They always answer their phones. I will be back and would not agree with the 1 stars on here. I would agree that their website needs work and could be more intuitive. Have some Millennial web designer work on it. The system keeps changing but this is an issue with their corporate office. This location is great.

The person I spoke to at the front desk was Kathy and immediately she became grouchy when I asked her how she was doing...very sad. I had the proper paperwork from the VA showing that I am permanently 100% disabled. This was the same award letter that I used a week ago at the DMV for my vehicle registration. She told me it was the wrong document and I had to go back to the VA and have them fill out a form for me...anybody who's dealt with the VA knows what a joke that is. I will get this squared away, but bottom line is if you don't like your job Kathy...get a new one where you don't have to deal with us veteran types. You ma'am are rude and should not be able to work in customer service.
