The BEST pizza place in town! $11.99 for TWO PIZZAS! UNLIMITED TOPPINGS! SO WORTH IT! Service was amazing and detailed. The crust is sometimes black. The floors needed cleaning and bathrooms were dirty. A homeless woman also came and stole the tips. I would highly recommend it.

Ok, I've been to this Pieology countless times but tonight it was just unacceptable. I get that it is the night after Christmas but this food is just ludicrous. First of, the pizza was cut into literally anything BUT recognizable shapes. The cuts were ALL uneven. There was like one slice with less than 1 inch of width at the widest point and another with more than 4 inches. To add on, MULTIPLE slices of the pizza doesn't even have a hard edge to hold on to; most of them are just soft edges with cheese. Finally, the pizza was SO salty that my entire household agreed that this was too much sodium. At one point I was drinking cups after cups of water. There was also no one in the queue so I thought this pizza would be made with slightly more care. I love this place, but this pizza tonight was just diabolical.

The staff and the pizza is amazing here, however the restaurant needs A LOT of work. First of all, they had red pepper flakes but no cheese, they only have one beverage size, they started to charge for dipping size ($1), the fountain drink machine was not working properly and most drinks were unavailable and the only bathroom they have was messy.

Not sure about two months ago but my first visit to Pieology was a success. Looking for another weekday lunch , I tried to do LL Hawaiian right across the way but there was a line and they are notoriously slow.

I ended up at Pieology by default and ordered a custom calzone. Fantastic. Soft flaky dough with butter Parmesan crust, fresh vegetables from many choices and good proteins, sausage. The calzone is usually unruly large but cut in half this was the perfect size. Half now and half later. Yummy red marinara dipping sauce included.

Note Custom calzone with refilled fountain drink from the super cool 6,000 flavored options drink machine was $16.00.

The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team.

We have been here several times and it was all good, but today the take-out experience was very disappointing. Both of our pizzas have lots of burnt crum underneath. I suspect that the restaurant staff did not properly clean the grill or tray in the oven. I know their pizza isn’t usually like this so it completely ruined the taste. Our fingers and mouth were all black while eating. Very unsatisfied with this experience and would like to talk to a manager.

The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone.
The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas.
The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off.
Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.

We dropped by this Pieology on our way out of town.

The pizza was filling but the experience wasn’t the most pleasant when ordering.

We came in on 4/16/22 at around 6:45pm. There was a worker who was wearing a multicolor mask. It was a bit of a bummer to see how she put the ingredients in our pizza. She didn’t space them out very well. Often she would just kind of plop them in the middle of the pizza. The way she was making them made it look like she really didn’t want to be there. There was no love being put into our pies.

Maybe she needs some sprinkle/ topping spread training… as ridiculous as that sounds.

She also kept asking if “that was all” pretty much before you could fully get out the last thing you were saying.

Somehow? After the bake, the pizzas looked pretty good. The ingredients seem to have evened out a bit. Maybe the baker man had enough olive for the two of them 😅.

Initially I was quite out off by our group’s interactions when making the pizza.. but it turned out alright in the end.

Pizza’s pizza you know?
