The onsite manager is very rude. While visiting friends i witnessed him forcibly evict a 63 year old woman with 15 minutes notice and no court paperwork...during a heat wave. If you value your civil rights this is not the place for you.
Update: I believe this manager was fired. Much nicer place to live now, I'm told.

Yes, this park is kinda nice and is is quiet. Everyone just pretty much minds their own business and our immediate neighbors are all nice, nothing bad to say about them. But the management is bad, not good at all. They have cut some of our utility services just recently and in the past without any notice. Think about it before you move here.

Now is a Decent place since we have a new Lady as a manager. Few months ago before her ,it was a nasty man as a manager with a horrible personality and no customer service at all.
I'm glad he is Not there as a Manager No more..

The park is one of the nicer ones. But the manager is a crazy tweaker. She was super nice until we moved the trailer in. Then she began harassing my tenant. After 40 days, she removed the trailer without any warning, unlawfully. If you don't have the money for an attorney, don't move here, because she is nuts. This was done on her part without cause - we paid rent on time, didn't break any rules, and were very quiet. The whole incident ended up costing about $2000. Before attorney fees. Still working on the case, which she cannot win, but don't move here unless you can afford an attorney.

A nice mobile home park with many upgrades being redone now. Nice park, dog park, pool and club area and streets were just repaved. New coaches are moving in.

Tenants very friendly. Speed bumps are way too much. Can't go any slower. Staff seems helpful. New b ball court is nice.

The manager owe my family lots of money. Never trust that selfish man. He wants to remove my dog out of the park. Its a terrible places to live. If the manager is seeing this right now 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 beech.
