This park has very bad management. Ridiculous and unreasonable restrictions they impose on the residents. Bad sewer problems that caused a friend's RV sewer tank to backup and ruin his floor. I could go on and on about descrimination and running me out for trying to visit my friends in the park... Sad

It's clean, quit, with a great new manager. The new owners seam to be nice and have been spending a lot of money on things such as redoing the swimming pool, repaving streets with 4" thick assault. Replacing old really old homes they own with new ones.

Management never opens on time some days open at 11 other time don't open at all. Doors say 8am to 4pm and no ones ever there.

Know a friend who resides here-last 12 years-is a decent feel somewhat safe place-nice pool-hot tub-etc. He lives in a mobile home-and there are people that trailer's on the other side of the park-it get hell-a windy at times here tho-lol

Ummm, I asked about 6 people if they had cooking oil, and I'm to believe that these 6 Hispanic families had no cooking oil? No vegetable oil? No used oil? Seems fishy, probably the fried fish I smelt
