We were in a RV Site for 2.5 months and loved our stay. It's so peaceful. We really miss hearing and seeing all the different birds and other wildlife...yes alligators too! The service was great. Any issues were addressed immediately....only one and Emily and Matt were all over it!! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

This place is special! Our time at Idlewild is a treasure to take with us and hold in the fondest of memories. Our days began at the community campfire with Matt. You will find him a great conversationalist with a very big heart! We had so much fun exploring the area and eating at some wonderful local haunts! We met the nicest pp and enjoyed the pot lucks! Emily, you are a gem and we thank you so much for doing everything you did to make our stay at Idlewild 5*. We look forward to our next stay with you all! Highly recommend!

Such a nice retreat. So quiet and peaceful. Great for kids. They loved the campfire and sandpit. The pool is clean and well maintained. The cabin was perfect for 2 nights for our family. Will definitely be back.

Had a family reunion here. It was perfect, Every family had their own cabin. And we had plenty of places to hang out like the pool, the big pavilion in it and the fire pit. Some fished on the pier. Highly recommend.

This campground was excellent. Very clean, Staff was very friendly. We rented a boat and stayed in our camper. Fishing off the dock was great as well. We plan on going back! Thanks for a awesome time!

It’s a nice peaceful place for sure! they have a nice place ti fish off of, staff are friendly - it makes the environment lovely! I did have some questions and GM Emily assisted me with them! She is a lovely young gal and very attentive when i needed her to be! Most definitely will have to plan a family trip next!

We stayed on a campsite and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole resort. The pool was great. Was able to take a tour of the remodeled cabins and they are really clean and looked comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

I took my wife and daughter on a little 1 day excursion before school started. We enjoyed the pool and rec room and a little fishing. The cabin we got was great and VERY clean. We left planning our next trip back. Definitely a great place on the lake to relax, fish or go on an adventure with the air boats.
