I really can't give this place enough compliments. I know I wasn't there to see the purchase process with the AirPods you sold my sister, but she says she's very satisfied and I'll take her word for it. They are in perfect condition as per usual. The sound quality is amazing. The price was a whopping $135. The prices and devices will not disappoint. I have no complaints about the customer support or the owners attitude. I never got your name man but your store always satisfies me. I will come back.

I’m a first time customer and i am really impressed with service I received. They got my cellphone up and ready fully activated. It seems these days our expectation is to go to a shop deal with an angry person that doesn't like their job and offer horrible service, however Gadget Exchange is a gem of a store and while i was there I witnessed everyone that came in to the store was treated really well like i was. Guys you have to give them a try you wont be dissapointed.

I brought in my son's Nintendo Switch due to an SD card issue. The technician was incredibly kind trying multiple repairs only to find out the SD card wasn't the problem and the device was unfixable. What impressed me most was that he didn’t charge us for his time. Thank you for your honesty and excellent service! Highly recommend.

I called this location in hopes for an estimate/quote on a device that I wanted to sell and I’ll start by saying that the individual I spoke to had a condescending tone and attitude with everything he said. His tone was very degrading and he challenged me on the knowledge of the device I wanted to sell. The reason why I called this location in the first place was to get a quote on a device I had sitting around for a while. I didn’t go online before calling to fact check my information. All this to say.. if you like being spoken to as if you aren’t knowledgeable and you don’t mind being questioned about something you don’t know and spoken to like your 5.. this is the place to go !

My Gaming Laptop was having issues. Mostly someone that tampered with my laptop. I, also, needed a new battery. Only 5 years old. I been using it more often.

The owner is knowledgeable, fast, kind and helpful with my laptop. Got it back up and running.

The store is pretty cool, lots of trade ins, phn accessories, gamification, etc.

This place was amazing. The environment is also very good. The store owner was straight up about it. He was very kind. And on top of that he was very legit. He hooked me up with a better and newer version than my uncharted ps4 I had. He’s really an amazing guy. I love how instead of him telling me what I wanted to hear, He just told me straight up that it’s not going to work because of the insect build up without giving attitude. I really wanted it to be fixable but wasn’t. He told us that it would cost my dad 150 to get it repaired and 150 to get a new one instead. I never got your name owner of this store, but THANKYOU so so so much you really made my day. This man was very kind. I recommend coming here for any problems you have and he will have a solution.
