Having been going here religiously for quite some time now, I can genuinely say I have never been to a more welcoming environment. I have met some of my best friends because of this store. Everyone is so welcoming and they are willing to work with you to get you the cards are resources you need to have a fun time playing the games that you and they love. The store owners are genuine people who love the games, love the people, and are enjoyable to be around. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone I meet.

Exp lounge is doing things right. They have energy and excitement around games and build up their communities. The ambience is awesome and the owners are super polite and genuine in my experience. I’ve only been there a couple times and my experiences were so excellent that I will now be a loyal customer to them going forward. If you are looking for peak TCG experience in Southern UT this is the place to check out 100%. Keep up the great work and thank you for the efforts you guys are putting in, it’s making for some awesome experiences for your customers. I will be spreading the good word

I have been frequenting the store since I got into the Lorcana TCG recently and have been really enjoying the store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great selection and a great play area that is free to use.

They participate in and host community events and tournaments as well as leagues. I also really like their hours being later since I work until 5, there is no pressure to pack up and leave or rush games due to them closing. I would highly recommend stopping in.

This store is not a place to go for a fun time. They violated my first amendment and wouldn't let me ask a simple question about why they doubled the price to play a game that they don't even have now since they made it so expensive. I just wanted to have fun and the owner made fun of my appearance, religion, accent, and even made fun of my friend with a learning disability. I highly recommend avoiding this place and going to Game Haven for a better time.

EXP Lounge is seriously the best game store in town! Every time I have been there I have felt welcomed. Game stores can be intimidating for femme-presenting people and I have always felt accepted and even excited to be there! The private room you can reserve for D&D events worked wonderful for my group. Each employee I've talked to has been super helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

The best card shop in town, hands down!!! If you are looking to buy cards, board games, or just jump in for a few games, this is the place to go. The shop owner definitely takes his time to form a bond with each person. Just my 2nd time in, he knew my name, and it took me by surprise, which made me feel welcome and a wanted customer. He also joins in on games and knows a lot about several games, which i love that he and his employees interact with everyone and take the time to learn and teach one another how to play. This place is all together very welcoming. A lot of people could even call it their 2nd home cause its just an amazing environment to be around. I love the community that's being built around the EXP lounge, and if you have time to stop by, I highly recommend it!!!!

I was accused of intentionally stalling during an event by the owner. When I came to explain that I don’t intentionally do that, I’m slow because I go into loops in my head due to a disability, I wasn’t heard. It really hurt me so I left the event got in my car and went home with tears in my eyes because I was unaware that I he thought so lowly of me.
I afterwards made a post in their discord stating that I’d never want to cause a problem for my fellow players because of my disabilities and that I’d be taking a step back from the competitive scene but continue to play casually because I love the game.
When I came into the store again, I asked about ordering cards from their Tcg account. I was then blocked from ordering cards online.
When I went to try and talk to the owner again to resolve this problem I had with being accused of being a cheat who stalls games and let them know how their treatment was effecting me, I was told that they don’t believe me and that they weren’t gonna believe my “little sob story”. When I left the store I felt personally attacked and hurt. I left the discord after this and sold my collection for the game, because I played for the enjoyment of the game and to spend time with my friends. That feeling was gone after this was done to me.
I tried to join the discord again to contact a few players for another game so we could schedule a meet up to play and within 30 sec I was removed and blocked from the server. My phone number was blocked and when I asked about the discord on their instagram I got blocked as well.
I swung by the other day to figure out what was going on cause it was really stressing me out, and I was told I was banned because of a review my wife had posted. I replied that I was being blocked prior to the review. I then was told I was banned because of a private message I had sent to a friend venting about how I had been treated by the owner.
This has all been going on while I’ve been dealing with some serious health problems that may be permanent.
As someone who has a disability and is Neurodivergent, I do not recommend this place.
