St George Utah Real Estate-Walter Crovo

Josh Onarheim

Walter helped us purchase our first home which happened to be a foreclosure. With Walter as our realtor it was a truly great experience! We had plenty of questions. Walter answered all of our questions quickly and provided plenty of useful information. He negotiated with the bank and took care of all the little issues we had. Walter went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Walter is a true professional in my opinion. And the best part: he's a really nice guy! You would be hard-pressed to find a better realtor in the Southern Utah area.

Walter is a great realtor and guy! I have appreciated when I have the opportunity to work with him and his clients, because I know that he is detailed, so he stays on top of things to make sure it is the best experience. He really cares about people first and foremost. He knows the business, is professional and has some fun and cool innovative things through Home Smart Advantage to really impress and offer to the seller or the buyer out there!

Walter is your go-to guy when you want to purchase real estate in Southern Utah. Hands-down, the best realtor we've ever worked with! Since we were from out of state, we had limited time to house-hunt, and Walter patiently showed us house after house, as we searched for the right home for us. Some realtors don't listen well and show you their own listings, or what they think you should want, but Walter showed us anything we were interested in and gave us plenty of time to explore the possibilities. Personable and funny, yet professional, he knows his business well. He answered all our questions and pointed out things we would have missed on our own. He offers great suggestions and is the kind of advocate everyone needs when closing a deal. We would work with him again if we were looking for property, and send our friends and relatives to him--he's a great guy and an exceptional realtor!

Walter helped us buy and build our first home. We were very new to the process and had lots of questions. Walter was great at answering all of our questions and being ahead of the process. He is a wealth of knowledge, but what I valued most was that Walter is a man of integrity - always true to his word and commitments. I always felt like he was doing what he thought was best for us and not leading us to properties that would benefit him. I would recommend Walter to anyone.

Today at 8:51 PM Walter was instrumental throughout the purchasing process of our new home. He represented the seller's and our best interests as well. His description of the house and property was very effective in capturing our initial interest in the property. As northern California residents we were a 14 hour drive and Walter was a 6 hour drive from the property location. His responsiveness and overall efforts were always over and beyond in mitigating any challenges due to this issue. He has acceptional negotiating skills and we always felt he was working for us behind the scenes. His experience and aggressive approach to quickly solving any issues throughout the process gave us confidence we were moving forward in achieving our goals. Without his flexibility and patience this transaction probably would have never happened. He is a great person and exceptional real estate agent. Thank you Walter for everything you did in making our dream home a reality!

Walter with HomeSmart is an amazing Realtor. He keeps you posted on what's happening and really knows his stuff! He thinks of everything, and has reliable contacts in the business. He referred the mortgage company we used and home inspector and had a great experience with the whole process of buying our new home. We can't thank him enough for getting us into a house that's perfect for us, it's exactly what we told him we were looking for. He's great at what he does and an all around stand up fellow, we're so lucky to call him our Realtor.
