Been a resident of the city since 2000 and this is still one of my favorite places in the city!

The library is always clean, well organized, and has a tranquil ambience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And a great selection of books to borrow in the library and request to be sent to the library online.

I visited Diamond Bar Library last year Dec 2022 as my regular Rowland Heights Library was closed for a few weeks. Diamond Bar Library is very spacious, However, the entrance is to the back of City Hall, so you have to walk around. An observation the area needs to be lit much better..Diamond Bar Library is clean. It has a study room which you can request to use for 1 to 2 hours. Once no one needs it. Also has a bookshop. The staff seemed pleasant. I will visit again if need be. If you are traveling by bus make sure and leave early. I saw a racoon 😲 first time I ever saw it, was big and fat, our eyes made 4. Thank God I was a good distance away from it, I wa kinda surprised to 👀 it.

Library itself is very clean and organized.

The cons is the WiFi speed. It kept dropping me out and it wasn’t as fast. If you have tmobile, your service here is little to nonexistent. My phone was on SOS mode since I got no service here.

Very clean and quiet. They also have closed-door rooms that are first come first serve if you want more alone time. And they have seating outside in the back of the library. Very cute place to go read a book!

I've been here several times especially when I was studying for my permit test. The staff has always been nice. Very nice landscape view and sweet little garden. Always clean except during flu season. In fact it's so clean that the last time I went which was during the summer, most of the time janitor didn't even clean the girl's room. She just sprays the rug with cleaner to make it smell like its been cleaned. I do wish there were more books though.

I've only been to this location once, and I really like it. The facility is super new, modern, clean and new. The staff are nice.

Was in the area and needed to quickly research something, so I came into this facility to look up some books. The staff at the front was very helpful and pointed me to the right area. I found what I needed and didn't spend a whole lot of time there. If I was a student, I would hangout here all the time because it's very quiet, clean and peaceful and I would get alot of work done with no distractions.

Ample parking, and the bathrooms are really clean.
