saw this ebike shop on grand. almost thought they are out of business since they are on the second floor. really friendly staff and well priced bikes. much lower than other stores. i would come back and get another this summer.

All of the bikes Hovsco sells are very well built. I especially like the power and the quality. Not to mention the customer service is one of the best parts of owning this brand. You will not be disappointed.

I am the owner of Beverly Hills Bike Shop and have had a couple transactions with this group. It gives me no pleasure to write this review however it is my personal opinion that these people are among the most unscrupulous in the industry. My experience has included pricing inconsistencies, an unhelpful and dishonest staff, and worst of all a complete mockery of a warranty policy. I believe based upon my personal experiences that this company should be avoided at all costs when selecting an ebike or scooter.

Bought a HovAlpha and am incredibly pleased with the bike and it's performance. It turned heads and I received a lot of compliments on it from family members who got to ride it and from a lot of people I encountered on a recent trip to Newport Beach, CA. Highly recommend.

Bought the bike alpha from Amazon. Has defective issue with kickstand that caused lcd display holder to break. Contacted them and was told to deal with the seller hovsco on Amazon. This kind of information should be clearly posted on Amazon and hovsco website but i failed to find it on either one. Still dealing with the seller on amazon. Very disappointed on the company and the bike.

Tried to buy a bike from them. Had requested it sent to my work to avoid porch theft. They requested mortgage level photos of id and identification docs. Sent me a misspelled email, bit of a red flag. I finally gave up and requested a refund. They sent me a shady looking screenshot and no e-commerce level receipt. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to resolve it. Very disappointed with the made up and shady “security” protocols and diy documentation. I wont be recommending them to anyone I care for.

My dad got the Ranger and I got the Beta. Both are great. Very well-made bike and has awesome value for the money. Had a problem with the app but thanks to customer service, got it solved within 5 mins. Overall, good experience.
