Code Ninjas is an exciting spot for kids and teens. They are very friendly in the lobby and they make 30 min free intro classes. The curriculum they have is awesome, it is utilizing Spark which was prepared by a research team at MIT. They have different classes for different age groups and for individual needs. My son loved the into class.

My daughter has attended when they first open. She’s learning not only programming but other skills she wouldn’t normally get at home. Katrina and Matthew G are excellent instructors. The skills my daughter is learning now will help her throughout school and life.

The senseis are wonderful and keep the students motivated. A special shout out to a senseis Katrina and Matt. Their positive attitude and laughter keep the kids smiling while they continue learning.

Our son has been enrolled in Code Ninjas for the last year and it has been a great experience overall. From his initial free trial session to his final lesson, there was such care and attention to his learning and experience. He was 6 when he enrolled but came in with background coding experience and rather than lumping him in with same-age peers, they actually took his experience/skill into account when placing him. Similarly, there were times when he moved more quickly and more slowly through the curriculum and they would adjust the pace to what he needed. Our kid is an avid learner but definitely not the easiest to teach, and the instructors were so professional and patient every step of the way with him. He enjoyed coding in Scratch, learning some early Javascript, and playing Minecraft education edition alongside chess and other hands-on games there. We primarily participated in the afterschool "CREATE" program but also did a weeklong break camp and hosted a birthday party at the same location. We were never disappointed. Gabe Martin, the Center Director, is a wonderful communicator and has such a calm presence with these kids. We ended up discontinuing our membership for our own scheduling conflicts, and they made it very easy to leave without hidden fees or hurdles to jump through. At one point, we needed to pause our membership due to absences over the summer and they similarly streamlined that process without hassle. Coding will be such an asset to our rising youth. I'm glad programs like this exist to make it accessible and fun.

Just finished a one week 3D printing summer camp for my daughter. She did not like it. At the end she came home with one tiny 3D printed art keychain which she did not design. She told me none of her designs were printed. The camp was almost $400 and seems like a complete waste of money. The staff were friendly but didn't seem to know what they were doing and we're completely unorganized. Would not recommend sending a child here.

My grandson loves Code Ninjas! He's learning how to code and having fun doing it. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has children or grandchildren into computers or video games.
