This branch obviously needs more training and management!
I went in to the bank at 2:30pm to get my ID verified as I was told by Chase that there is an issue with my credit card. Was told all customer reps (arnd 3 of them) were busy and I will have to wait 15mins. So i waited and some reps finished helping their customer just got up and walked out to get lunch, which is fine. And 15 mins gone by, so I asked again how much longer do I have to wait thinking if it’s too long then I will come back another day. So they told me probably another 15 mins because other reps will soon be back from lunch. I waited until arnd 3:10pm still no reps back and all previous available reps went out to lunch. The bank was with no reps at 3:10pm! So I got up and ask the staff if I can schedule an appointment since she has no idea when I will get helped at an empty bank. She said yes! Man, I don’t know why she just doesn’t offer me this option at the first place! Total waste of my time! I left and immediately went to another branch which has responsible Reps working in the bank to help me promptly and immediately.

He not only addressed the issues but also had the ability to comfort the customer, which makes him an exceptional person. I came here with my wife to open a joint account. Ms. Tarah provided us with warm and professional service, answered our questions, and gave very effective suggestions. She also helped me solve the problem of the mobile app. Thank you very much Ms. Tarah
We originally went to BOA, but their service staff was too few and no one was there to service.

The worse Chase branch. I have 7 accounts with Chase, and every time I go to this branch I take one account to other bank. Torrance, irvine, chino, corona, industry branches are all better than this one. This branch is a joke. If you want to have businesses in Chase, do not go to this branch. They are not helpful at all. If I could give 0 star to this branch I would. They will only give you hard time to open an account and solve your issue. Why I can’t open accounts here but I can open somewhere else? I live in Diamond bar and I have to go to other branches? Just shut it down and stop embarrassing Chase.

lag of efficiency and people just doing they own thing letting walk in people stand or sit for long time and finally when there is someone to help or came up told you no one is available and she had an dentist appointments , told me to go back later
