This was a truly entertaining experience!! The show is fun, nicely written, and hilarious. The staff are ALWAYS in character. They really go above and beyond, and make you fe l like their special guest.
The four course meal is delicious!
The appetizer is s all, but don't worry!!! The main course and homemade desert are a real treat.
I highly recommend this establishment. It's perfect for a a family outing.

What a great time! Everyone was awesome! "Lucky" Our server was on point! My daughter's nuggets took a little too long to come out, while the rest of our party of 6 already had our dinner in front of us. Once they finally arrived, they were hot. The show was entertaining, and the food was decent. Not bad for the price. The show was roughly 2 hours. All drink refills are included ( as long as you don't mind house liquor). They had everyone engaged the entire time. Highly recommend this experience.

They offered good choices for the kiddos, they’re picky eaters, and our main course was great. We adults had Drunken sausage (phenomenal), Lasagna Bolognese (pretty decent) and the Chicken Parmigiana (pretty decent as well). The atmosphere was electric, the show was fantastic and our server Lucky was the best!! There was some gamblin’ as well, but don’t tell the coppers…. 🤘🏻😎

The food was great, and the staff was awesome.
The show was spectacular, and they had the audience participation. We brought our kids over 25 years ago, and now we brought our grandkids. We all loved it.

We really enjoyed this when we were in town. Secret doors, great dinner, great show and drinks. This place is so cool I would come here and hang out even if there was no show. Very very cool. I recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and funny. Lots of great souvenirs too!

Over the last three years, we have visited this, Medieval Times and the Pirates dinner show. This was genuinely the best of the three for us.

Right, it doesn't have the spectacle of the horses. But the overall package was easily the strongest of the three dinner shows. The staff were super friendly (our server's name began with B, I think, and he was wearing a crown while dealing with us. I wish I could remember his name, as he was funny and super attentive). The food was easily the strongest (a selection of Italian food off a menu; pizza, pasta, etc).

The show was funny. It's not some groundbreaking "Citizen Kane" show. It's a dinner show with some fun and laughs, a lot of songs, a lot of crowd interaction and creates a great atmosphere. The audience loved every moment, and it was very funny.

It was a little raunchy in places, but nothing too crazy. The odd "Joke for the Dads!" type of stuff. Harmless stuff, mostly predictable, but of the three shows, probably the most "adult" orientated, rather than pure family stuff (I find the Pirates show to be so child orientated as to not be much fun if you're going without kids).

The actress playing Jewel had a great voice too.

The discounted tickets online were amazing value though. We got the VIP tickets, so for $50, we got our three course dinner and a show. There was also free flowing alcohol included in that price.

One criticism; the giftshop felt very underutilized. Not one person during the show was wearing any of the fedoras or boas that were on sale. You couldn't hit the giftshop (as far as I could tell; we were ushered past in quite quicky) before the show. If it was open during intermission, no one seemed to notice. It feels as if an expanded and easier accessed gift shop would encourage people to buy costume pieces before the show, to wear during the show. Maybe we just hit a bad night in that regard though, and on other nights, the audience might have pushed more for it.

But overall, easily the best overall experience we've had at a dinner show in the area, and I'd heavily recommend it for anyone considering a night out.

My family and I had an amazing night at Capones.
Servers are great. I love how the waiters mistreat you, but it's part of the show. Remember, they're mobsters. I went 3 times already . I will go again .

From the moment we walked in, we were entertained. I loved the speakeasy password and hidden door. Shout out to the bartender and our server, Niko!! They were fantastic and very attentive. The show was great. The actors were top-notch! Go see this show!!
