What a gorgeous office campus in Costa Mesa! Everything is brand new, and the art on campus makes it such a unique and creative atmosphere... I love that they offer both traditional leasing options and coworking through Industrious HQ. There really is something for everyone here.

A beautiful corporate center with lots amenities for companies and their guests. The water fountain in the center courtyard was quite healing.

I have taken my mother to the doctors 3 times in this building and although it is beautiful, it lacks many handicap necessities. The door entry does not have a button to press to keep the doors open. My mother is in a wheelchair and this is very difficult to maneuver single handedly. None of the office doors inside the building have handicap access either. Surprisingly being a newer building I find it a huge struggle to get my mother in and out the doors. The bathroom that has a handicap sign, also doesn't have doors that allow a person in a wheelchair to enter without locating someone to assist. They also have limited parking for handicap I found 3..which have been full every time I have been here. To have medical offices inside a building that isn't equipped to handle those needing extra assistance is troubling to say the least. Shame on the building owner for not being up to speed.
