Such a fantastic experience that was both incredibly fun and educational. We were in a group of about 14/15 people but Adam made sure everyone in the group had enough time to interact and learn about each of the birds, while welcoming questions with an enthusiasm to share his knowledge of falconry. What a great way to spend a morning. We met two different kinds of hawks and a beautiful barn owl (he was my favorite). Having a hawk fly to your arm and eat out of your gloved hand is a blast! Adam is knowledgable and informative without making things dry. Highly recommend!

To have an opportunity to be this close to these incredible birds and learn about them is an opportunity you do not want to miss. We loved it, our granddaughter loved it! We first met Adam at a demonstration held at Descanso Gardens . We are avid amateur birders and my wife had a birthday coming up so we booked a session at Debs Park. We brought two friends and had a tremendous time watching, then experiencing the birds close at hand. The session was both experiential and educational as Adam explained the transactional relationship between him and his raptors, the complexities and occasional pitfalls of keeping working birds, and how he has turned his passion for these magnificent animals into a fulfilling profession. Caution: Do not attempt this at home...
