Disappointed... Extremely over priced... Very poorly maintained.... $117 for my family and I felt robbed... Just save your money and don't go here..
Trampoline park is not even close to what it is... More like a back room death trap. The picture is pretty much all the trampoline areas

0 stars. Tried to have a birthday party. Booked in online for 2:45. When we arrived we were told they moved it back to 3:15. At 4:30 we still did not have pizza and drinks. The staff was extremely rude and we told them not to worry about the pizza that the party was almost over. We had to pay 706 dollars in all and they would not refund us money. They brought out the pizza after most of the party had left and told us that we can't asked for a refund because we did get out pizza. There is plenty more that happen. It was an absolutely ridiculous experience and I hope everyone reads this and oviod the experience we were given.

I wish there was an option to give this place a negative 5 star review... it was absolute CAOS from start to finish
There was zero coordination in the entire place.... There were two, TWO party's us and another family, and they did us BOTH wrong... They didn't even bring us our food and drinks till 10 min after the party had ended, our reserved party time was from 2:40-4:30. Food and drinks didn't show up till 4:45ish and we're talking 6 pizzas and like 24 drinks.... for just OUR party... the party manager needs to find another occupation because this is NOT for her, she didn't have a clue what she was doing or talking about. Birthday boy's mama got overcharged for what we don't know because the lady told her she couldn't print her a receipt. So take our horrible experience as an example to NEVER give theses people your time or money and that's putting it nicely ?

Awesome place for the whole family!! Lots of games for kids and fun games for adults as well! Also has an adult area where you can order drinks & still be able to safely watch your kids! Super friendly, clean & has great food as well!!

A very fun place to take kids. Has so much for them to do n I had fun as well. Isn't as high as some places. We really enjoyed our time there. Di a little bit of it all

No cellular service in VIP bowling. No WiFi to be able to actually operate the TouchTunes app and jukebox. Even tho you pay extra for VIP the bright lights stay on while bowling instead of turning them off and allowing the black light. When asked to turn off the bright light to allow the black light the manager stated no. Poor service.

Went here for the first time to celebrate my niece's 6th birthday and we had a blast...... I played the Walking DEAD game and thought I was Rick Grimes for a second (lol). My nephew got on the virtual reality ride with his mom and they had a blast. We were also able to play pool. This place was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and it was very clean. Our grandma had a place to sit and watch us all have fun.

Took the family here for a fun night. The trampoline area was very dangerous. The "pit" you jump into was torn apart, so you would essentially be jumping, head first, to about a 4 foot fall onto concrete. When entering the trampoline area, the outside cushion was disconnected, leaving a large hole to fall into. We then spent $100 on arcade credits, which gave us $20 bonus dollars. What they didn't tell you, was the bonus credits only work on about 3 games, you can't use them. About 25% of the machine were powered on, but inoperable, taking your money. The bowling area was ok. Once we got past the stumbling drunks in the parking lot, we left, to never return. This place needs to first and foremost fix the trampoline area before a child is killed or badly injured.
