The Semper Fi Team did a terrific job of designing and installing a new HVAC System for our home, all in a single day! Despite significant space challenges, they installed new air handlers and heat pumps of the proper capacity, the result being vastly improved circulation, heating and cooling and much quieter operation. Thomas, Ernest, Joey, Carlos and Michael were professional and cordial in all instances. Well trained, respectful and easy to work with, they represented their company well. Although I was shocked by the news my 9 year old unit (put in by a different company) needed replaced, I was pleased with the way Semper Fi's technician explained my options and was very understanding and informative. I was also happy that they were able to get me scheduled for the new A/C for the next day as we were experiencing high 90 degree temperatures still. The technicians came right on time the next morning and were friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with cold A/C in a few hours.

Called Semper Fi on Thursday afternoon 7/25 with a failing A/C system. I was told by Alex that a tech would be at my house between 4p-8p and Rob showed up as promised.
Rob listened to my concerns, checked the system and determined that the system had multiple serious problems.
My system was approaching 11 years of dependable service but it was failing inside and out.
Rob explained the system failures and explained the advantages of replacement vs repair considering the age of the system.
There was no pressure to replace or repair the system and Rob did not attempt to sell me what I did not need.
Considering Rob's professional opinion and honesty I decided to let Semper Fi replace the A/C system.
On Tuesday 7/30 my new A/C system was installed in about 6 hours. The installers Keith and Luis did a great job!
The system is quiet and my house is cool and comfortable.
Total cost $13,477.89 including multiple discounts, warranty, labor guarantee and 1-year USA Maintenance Plan.

Amazing service. I texted him first thing in the morning they contacted me within 15 minutes and set up a technician to come out look Over my old AC unit. Found out it was almost 20 years old. So we decided to get a new unit . They set us up for install the next day and they had it done by 4:30 PM. The technician was amazing and very friendly that looked over their old unit. And the two technicians who put in the new unit and system were amazing.

Install team was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the first service call to the install of 2 new A/C units the entire team was easy to work with and were able to answer any questions that I had. Miserable service in a long line of miserable service with Semper Fi. Not only have they not sent the report (said it would come that day - it has been 3 days and still nothing), they also marked up my walls and ceiling and left debris everywhere. Vladimir and Enrique were not exceptions to my completly miserable Semper Fi experiences (emphasizing the plural - this past service completely tracks with how completely miserable their service has been with two separate installations). Save yourselves - their attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, is nonexistent. They are anything but honorable.

Cody - email my daughter, you have her on file. We will not be communicating on the phone - everything *must* be in writing. This continues to be a nightmare - quite literally keeping us up at night with frustration and anger.

Needed to replace aging water heater and the derelict one behind it (the previous owner had simply bypassed it). Robert from Semper Fi gave me the quote and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. As you can see by the photo was not a simple replacement. He was easy to work with and did a wonderful job. Very happy with it.
