So my beef with papa John's is the delivery fee? Papa John's charges $4.99 delivery fee that flows to the owner pocket, not the driver who uses his/her vehicle for gas and wear and tear... $5.00 goes to the OWNER? then on the box says this and the delivery fee is not a tip, that's separate! I gave a decent tip. This is my first time and last time I order from papa Johns. A $22+ order went to $34+ order. I don't like that the owner get $5.00 per delivery.... the drivers should get the delivery charge!!!! No papa Johns for my house! And the pizza was just okay! I've had waaay better at locals pizza restaurants!

It has been about 5 months since I have had their pizza. But something is definitely different about their dough/crust. It tasted very flat, not the soft fluffy dough that I am accustomed to. Unless I hear they are bringing the old recipe back, I won't be ordering from them again.

I just spent $24 for one Shaq pizza and it was doughy and smashed. The sauce i paid extra for was spilled across the top of the box and it looked nothing like the last Shaq pizza I ordered. I tried to call and ask if there was an error but it's an automated machine. They sent a door dasher even though I ordered directly from their site and the dasher got lost so it took an additional 20 minutes to drop of the food from the original delivery time.

I would rate with negitive stars if possible for starters. So I ordered the XL NY style pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust cheese large pizza. We like our pizza cut square... We used our accumulated papa dough on this and probably won't get that back. We got our pizzas cold with crosscut little pieces just mutilated our pizzas! The new York pepperoni just a large cheese pizza. I also found a long brown hair in our large pizza. I called the store to get an explanation or maybe a replacement pizza and the staff hung up on me after I started to tell them what my problem was. I tried to call again 2 times and got my call forwarded. This place is a joke. Spend your time and hard earned cash elsewhere. Horrible horrible service. Even worse pizza... will never order from these idiots again.

No local store will answer your call. It's an ai phone system that eventually directs you to a call center in Pakistan or India. I will not support any company that ingages in these practices. I can't even order a pizza online & pay in the store. Spend your money somewhere else. If we put up with this from these companies, we will wake up in a dystopia! Hire real people! Outsourcing to foreign call centers, and using ai for a pizza store? Come on Papa Johns! Banned for life!!!

I ordered home delivery and I was pleasantly surprised how professional and courteous the driver was!! The pizza and wings were amazing as well!! I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant in the future!!

I was on my way home back from Pinetop and wanted to bring home food to my family. We had never tried the Papa John's here, so didn't know what to expect at all. I asked if they had any deals and the man said no but ordering online I could find deals. I didn't have time for such. The service was fine, as he didn't mind telling me different prices on different items. I ordered a large pepperoni with jalapeños on half which came to 22$, a bit pricey to me(but then again, what isn't lol)The wait was only about 10 minutes, which is great but the enviornment wasn't very welcoming. No seating really either. BUT the food was very fresh, it looked nice, smelled good and my family devoured it!! Gone in an instant haha. It's a nice place to pick up a quick dinner, we will again I'm sure.

I was excited to try the new New York style pizza but I am disappointed. It’s not great. However. I do have to give credit to the delivery driver who called me to let me know he was at my work so he could find me. That’s progress for this particular store. I’ll keep trying the pizza. Hopefully it gets better and better.
