Jeff is the best. He has a magic touch when it comes to repairs. Fast and reasonable. He will check computer immediately and not make you wait. We can't survive without our computers! Reasonably priced as well, and convenient. Centrally located in West Palm, and a couple of blocks off I-95. You won't be disappointed.

My computer locked down, requiring a Bitlocker code I'd lost and, while calling every other computer repair service in the West Palm Beach area, I found ZNETPC. Jeff is awesome and I would use him again. His no-frills repair shop looks like a computer shop, not some slick store worried more about marketing than expertise. I’m a geek by training who got stuck with a Windows upgrade. Jeff was able to resolve that issue within a day. Also, his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely bring him more business when the need arises.
