The best customer service ever!!!!! From the time you walk through the door, you are treated with the best customer service! The young gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail to my daughter and myself. I appreciated that. We are individuals and should be treated as such! This was the most funniest experience EVER!!!!! FUN, FUN, and FUN!!!!! My little girl can't wait to return!!!!!!!!

Took my boys today for the first time and they LOVED it and definitely want to come back again. Kalel and Karim the two worker there were Awesome, professional, polite and very friendly they made there first visit an excellent one. I definitely recommend this place. Not to mention the facility is very clean. Thanks again Kalel and Karim

Overall it was okay. There was some technical issues with our equipment, the host had to restart some of our equipment for a couple of our party members. 2ndly, the challenge was kind of bland... if you are used to gaming this VR is no challenge at all. Overall, its fun to go as a group, but its only good for going maybe twice, then that's it.

We loved the location right next to Haven City. We were able to grab some food and drinks, and then walk over to Zero Latency. We did the zombie experience, and it was such an awesome experience. We will definitely be back

Visiting family and they took me to this place and WOW! The staff was friendly, kind of quiet but definitely helpful. The game we played was called Undead Arena and we played twice. We watched a video prior to playing that helped break down the game. Worth every penny! The zombies run at you and sometimes I forgot I could shoot them off. Most of the time I was just walking around trying to figure out how the heck it felt like I was walking on inclines but really wasn’t 😂 I never done VR until this so I was truly amazed. It was 4 of us including my parents. Fun for all of us and we couldn’t stop talking about it after. Hopefully there is one that comes to my city. Definitely coming back my next trip to California!

Zero Latency is the best VR experience. If they could figure out how to create videos of your experience they'd shut all others down!! Definitely play Origins and thank me later. The video game experience is good too but Origins Origins Origins!!

Great experience from start to end!
The staff welcomed us and helped us sign in. They went over the game details and helped us put on the gear.
The game itself was super fun great graphics. You're really emerged into the game with head phones and goggles it feels so real! You also really work up a sweat playing the game.
After, our group was able to see how each of us ranked.
10/10
