This was my first visit to this Zaxbys. I ordered through the website for pickup, thinking this is a great way to make sure orders are correct. Well, the ordered was mostly right, but the food itself was not. I ordered 2 Cobb salads, one with ranch and one with blue cheese. Neither salad had bacon or fried onions and I was only given ranch. When going in to ask for the blue cheese, the worker acted annoyed and unsure if what I was saying about missing dressing was true. The two chicken strip meals I ordered were correct, but I was missing the extra sauce I asked for. I also ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, which came with no chicken and an unknown sauce, which you can see in the attached photos, which was definitely mot ranch. This was highly disappointing. My half lemonade-half sweet tea was a straight lemonade. So all in all, I did receive food and it would be fine otherwise, but it was not what it should have been.

Well……Unfortunately this was a miss No fountain machine worked no ice no coke But it gets better no flour ? Yes no flour to fry chicken fingers how can you not have flour for what your known for? So o still order what food was available chicken was cold and fries were cold as well. Will not return here. Hopefully the chain is not going downhill.

Just got my food through the drive-through came out everything cold with two packs of ketchup. I missed when they asking me to pull around and wait to keep the drive-through time down. Had no problem with doing that food came out fresher then. fries taste like they’ve been sitting for a while

12-9-24 monday, we were here, ordered dine-in, 2 cobb salad meals with grilled chicken, no onions, no cucumbers, two eggs each. Waitress bagged meals like to go. Received 2 cobb salads with fried chicken, 1 egg each, & had cucumbers. We took meals back to counter, thank goodness they completely redid them. Got all new plastic ware, more salad dressing, salads made right. Originally They had given us someone else's meals. At least things were not a total loss. Food makers need to watch ticket orders more clearly. Waitress needs to make sure she is giving you what you asked for.

There hasn’t been one time where I have gone to this location and I have gotten my order done right. It feels like the unprofessional workers there try to mess up your order on purpose, good luck trying to get food past 8:30 pm, they always have the same excuse that they are low on manning so they don’t take any orders. This has happened multiple time. When I ask them why they never get the order right they just laugh it off like it’s funny. Most unprofessional Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Every order I’ve placed I’ve payed more than what I got in return. They do not listen to any order correctly.

Always something on every single visit. I’m not even sure how anyone filling these cups with sauce is trained to put a squirt of sauce in it but I had 4 of these all filled just like this.
Sometimes the food is dried up & taste an hour old, sometimes the fries are burnt etc. it’s extremely rare to simply get a freshly cooked & accurate order at any Zaxby’s but when you do it’s actually good.

Ordered a chicken salad today and it was lacking in flavor. Had to choose a particular type of dressing I did not like because they were out of everything else. Tell soda machine inside this establishment is broken and leaking by the front door.

the food is pretty good if the workers actually cared but it goes more and more downhill each time i go. don’t expect them to get your order right either or even have the decency to be nice.
