Yvette Wrona is an amazing person and Realtor. She was so instrumental in the process of selling our home. She was patient and kind and exceedingly knowledgeable about the market. Yvette is so wonderful! Would recommend her to a family member or friend. We closed on 6/29/23. She was very supportive throughout the process of finding my family a home. Yvette is detail oriented- especially to things I never would have thought to look for in a home (mold, risk for bugs, AC, etc.). We cannot say enough about our experience working with Yvette Wrona. Over 25 years, we have purchased homes in three different states and have used multiple realtors. Yvette is hands-down, the best! Having never purchased a home in Florida, she was excellent at walking us through the process, educating us on the particulars of buying a waterfront home, and made sure to keep us on schedule with all inspections and everything else related to the home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable about this entire area! She quickly assessed what we were looking for and was able to help us zone in on the right property. Being out of state, she kept an eye on the market and periodically reached out to us regarding properties and make sure we were all on the same page with what we were looking for. It was great knowing we had someone on the lookout, even though we were not physically there. We have already referred several friends to her for help in their home buying process. There are many choices when looking for a realtor. I cannot imagine working with anyone else.

I can’t speak highly enough about Yvette Wrona.
It took Some time to find the right house for me, that fit what boundaries I needed to work within.
Yvette was patient, detailed, determined and persistent beyond what, I believe, most realtors would be for their customers , no joke. Yvette’s expectations/standards are high throughout the selling/purchasing process. She makes sure the “ train remains on the tracks “until the end.
My ‘ closing ‘ on the property I purchased was not a smooth transition, to say the least due to the sellers actions. Yvette’s patience , persistence and professionalism was higher than I could imagine. She is totally committed to her customers!!
