Donna has been my Office Administrator for over 8 years. First in my business for 7.5 of those years where she proved to be organized, reliable and a dedicated employee. Working with Donna has given me the partnership that I’ve always wanted with a Virtual Assistant. She’s consistent, honest, punctual, friendly and fun to work with. I run my days knowing she has my back. My calendar management is no longer a stressor. Donna came into a chaotic calendar system with multiple calendars and platforms. She immediately organized my days and caught appointments that overlapped. She’s helped me focus on other things rather than hoping I didn’t forget a meeting or double booked myself (which happened a lot before she took over my calendar management). Now, I can move away from manual calendar management to automation and excited for that next step.
