The girls had a blast at the Fall Longhouse and Abbi Pittman is the greatest camp director ever! She really went above and beyond to make the experience extra special for everyone and we can't wait to go back. Ever time we return there are always big improvements and upgrades. My kids and I have enjoyed coming to Camp Immokalee for several years with the adventure / princess guides longhouse. The camp facilities have been improving over the years with new cabins and equipment. The director Abbi has been an incredible leader and has improved all aspects of camp experience. It is truly a place that my children have made lifelong memories!

Camp Immokalee holds a special place in our family’s hearts. It is a wonderful campsite and facility run by caring, organized individuals who deliver a great experience. My husband joined the Adventure Guides through the YMCA a while back for our daughter and son to have special time with Dad and camp out. The result years later finds him as the Chief of the Nation and leading over 100 Dads to have quality, fun and unforgettable moments with their children. I’m so very proud of him and his commitment to this program. Thank you to the team at Camp Immokalee for assisting him every step of the way!

Camp Immokalee is a gem! I have been the Ponte Vedra Federation Chief of the Adventure Guides/Princesses for over a year now and it’s been such a welcome change working with Abbi Pittman, the Program and Hospitality director and Allison East, the Executive Director. I’ve been working closely with Abbi and she is a leader and really cares about our children's experiences. She is highly organized, completely accountable, and a pleasure to work with. Our group has had issues with past directors who were bureaucratic and made our Adventure Guides and Princesses programs feel like we weren't welcome.

We just finished our longhouse for our Princesses and many have personally let me know this was the best longhouse EVER! With so much remodeling and new projects we see happening around the camp it's only going to get better. I attended this camp when I was younger growing up in North Florida and it is so nice to see my son and daughter enjoying it as much as I did so many years ago! I highly recommend this camp and I will be personally signing up my children for the summer camps this year as soon as available. It fills up quickly!

My children spent every summer at camp and they not only had so much fun, but they built relationships that have lasted into their young adulthood. They learned things at camp that couldn't be taught at home and I appreciate the way they encourage and foster personal interaction. I've never known anyone who went and didn't have the time of their life. I highly recommend sending your kids at least once a summer. You won't regret it.

Great summer camp experience for our little one. He had so much fun and cannot wait to go back next year. Between canoeing, kayaking, bb guns, swimming, nature lessons, and group activities a great opportunity for learning and team building skills.

The Camp is a great opportunity to escape the regular activities and share a unique bonding experience with your children. Both my daughter and son look forward to the activities and the friendships that are built while also sharing quality family time. Abbi coordinates a great mix of adventure and is at the heart of the camp!

I ended up sending my kids to Camp Immokalee at the last minute because Camp Weed, where they had previously attended, closed for the summer due to Covid. My boys had the time of their life. The activities were great. They absolutely loved it. My 11-year-old, who turned 12 at camp, has asked if he can go all 10 weeks next summer. This was the exact summer sleep away camp experience I was hoping they would get. They loved their friends, the games and activities, the food, etc. I’m sold. They’ll be back next year. Thank you YMCA for having the courage to host such an amazing camp with everything going on right now. Parents like me just want a smidge of normalcy for their kids, and you provided that. I’m eternally grateful.
