We were looking for a unique place to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday. I called several VR businesses and this one definitely stood out. Lina was kind, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. The kids loved it and even the adults had a blast! They definitely go above and beyond to make it a fun, memorable experience for everyone. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!

XS VR is a great place for a birthday party. My son and his friends had a blast. I worked with Lina, one of the owners, to book the party and she was wonderful. We booked all 5 stations, which meant we had the facility just for our party. They provided, the birthday tablecloth, plates, cups and ice. They made sure that all of the participants who needed training were trained. There facility was clean and more specifically, the bathroom was clean and they sanitized all of the equipment between users. I loved the personal touch with the personalized birthday message on the television screen. It's not a big place, but it was enough for what we needed. I would definitely recommend XS VR.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I took my son to celebrate his 16th birthday. He and his friends had an absolute blast! If you have an upcoming event you must book this establishment. The environment is fun, exciting and adventurous. The owners are fun, welcoming and accommodating. Cant wait to host an adult night. Thank you XS VR Frisco Tx.

We went here because my 7 year old was very excited to visit. It was all he was talking about. Unfortunately, he was too small and had to sit out. We have our own system and have gone to other VR type places and this was a first for us. Rules are rules, absolutely and we are understanding of that. Really just leaving a review for others to know in order to prevent any future mishaps.

This was a complete rip-off and not appropriate for young kids. We explained this was our first time but instead of helping my child and me learn how to use the system, they stood by and watched us struggle and fail at every game. My kid hit the help button repeatedly and nobody ever came to help her. We were the only two people there so there was no reason for this lack of help. One game, Gorilla tag, is connected to online chat rooms and full of people saying vulgar, nasty, x-rated filth. I warned the owner of this and that it needs to block this game for kids but they said no. The game selection was very limited. We couldn't play or talk to each other despite being told or was possible. This was the biggest waste of money!!

UPDATED to reply: I don't have a son so the responder has me confused with another person. And we only had 20ish games to choose from; nowhere near 90 as advertised.

My son had his birthday party at XS VR...it was great! We had enough stations so that there were no other people, and Lina and her two helpers wore masks and distanced best they could. They were very accommodating by providing things like plates, utensils, napkins, etc. They also had a candy bowl sitting out for everyone. We were allowed to bring in our own pizza, drinks, and cake! Ended up a little more pricey than we hoped because we added an extra half hour, but the kids (any myself) had a great time. Keep up the good work Lina and crew!

Nice place had a good time messing around with headset and there was plenty of space to move around. They were very kind I was a walk in and they set it up for me with no questions asked. Would recommend!
