Cool experience. Only $50 to save a time slot. We had an issue with getting our whole party there. Traffic was horrible and only half of the party arrived on time. The owner/staff was great. They didn't charge us anything and worked with us by giving us another time slot later on. I recommend these guys.

Beware of this establishment and do not spend your money here! Would give 0 stars if possible. After filling out the waivers that explicitly stated the ages of those planning to participate, we arrived and were told that we could not play because no one was over the age of 18 (even though a parent was present). Manager was extremely rude, asked if we planned to write a review, and when we answered “yes” he took photos of the group that included several young girls. Creepy!
We have participated in several escape room experiences in the past, including Breakout Games at The Wharf, and have never had such a negative experience.
Recommend to spend your money elsewhere!

We worked with a very unprofessional worker who did not create a kind atmosphere. Upon looking at the website instructions were very unclear and hard to understand. When we made an attempt to talk to the man he argued with us and made us very uncomfortable. We opened our phone and his immediate reaction was to ask us if we were going to submit a review. He has no concern for our opinions and only wanted to prevent us from sharing our review with other families. Further more as we walked out he took pictures of our group. This contained many underaged girls who were very uncomfortable with this. I warn away any family that is looking for a fun activity. We did not even get to begin our escape room before he began arguing. We have had great experiences with escape rooms before but this location was anything but friendly. I am so sorry to have spent my time at this business.

Short man with attitude, clearly compensating for something, welcomed us in with cold words! When trying to enter the room, prompted us to “inquire with our congressman” about the allowed ages, instead of trying to actively find a solution. Wish I could give less than a 1 star because as soon as the employee knew he had made a mistake, he inquired if we would be leaving a review. Be careful, as the staff member took pictures of young members of the group as we left. Sad, sorry excuse for an escape room. You’re better off visiting the breakout room at the Wharf.

Owner was super nit picky and was not flexible at all. This is a terrible experience and took non consensual picture and videos of young girls. Clearly has something for them ‍♂️. He prompted us to leave a review leaving a clear indication he is only chasing positive feedback on a lack luster business model.

Pretty good escape experience if you are into them. Employees have obviously gotten may too many tourists in drunk or simply destructive, if you gave done escape rooms before it's a pretty nice, linear, escape experience with a nice hint system and some good mechanics. Definitely not accessable for wheelchairs and certain disabilities and would not recommend for younger children due to "scary" themes, maybe 11+, also puzzle heights are generally adult. The rooms are interactive but you can't get super into the rooms due to the extensive hint system that is pretty out there and hard to ignore.

james was absolutely phenomenal and hilarious with our group! i could tell he wanted us to escape but unfortunately didn’t. either way this experience was fantastic and i would come back in a heartbeat. what a memorable first escape room!!
