Xfinity Mobile is an Absolute Disaster – Even FREE Isn't Worth It!
If I could give Xfinity Mobile zero stars, I would. This is by far the most incompetent, unreliable, and downright malicious mobile service I have ever dealt with. Here’s why you should run—not walk—away from this scam of a company:
Customer Support Sabotage – I called in for assistance, and the agent on the other end decided to retaliate against me by deactivating TWO of my lines—while I was on the call. Let that sink in. Instead of helping, they actively made my situation worse. That’s not bad customer service; that’s just spiteful.
Service Quality is a Joke – I’ve had clearer phone calls using two tin cans and a string. The quality is so terrible that I actually had to guess what the other person was saying half the time. If I wanted to hear a bunch of static and broken words, I’d just tune into an old AM radio station during a thunderstorm.
Empty Promises & Zero Follow-ups – Every time I’ve opened a case, I’ve been promised a callback. Guess what? Never happened. Not once. Xfinity must have a department dedicated to forgetting customers exist.
Even Their “Security Team” is a Joke – You’d think a company handling personal data would at least have a competent security team, but nope. They’re clueless, dishonest, and seem more interested in covering up their failures than actually fixing them.
I am so disgusted with this service that I am choosing to cancel it—even though I have a promotion that gives me FREE service for ONE year. That’s how bad it is. I would rather pay money for a normal, functioning carrier than continue dealing with this nightmare.
Xfinity , whatever you want to call it—STAY AWAY. Even free service isn’t worth the headache, and I wouldn’t trust them with a single piece of my personal information. Absolute fraud.

* incompetent technical staff, couldn't solve a problem, and made me wait for hour. And many hours if I include online help that had seek.
* poor escalation process at this office - I had to seek out to the manager
* VERY rude manager - didn't event want to listen to the problem at hand

Today I was a little confused about the operation of my mobile phone, so I went to this nearby "Xfinity Store by Comcast". It was the first time I came into this clean and spacious store...my eyes lit up and I felt quite comfortable. After I walked in a few steps, a staff member named Han came to help me. In fact, he has never encountered the same problems I encountered when checking on my mobile phone, but after his test, he immediately helped me solve the problem. I am really grateful to him, and his colleagues are also very nice, very polite, and their services are very cordial.

Do NOT go to Dublin Store. Perhaps do NOT substribe xfiniayt. They are unethical, not truthful, intentionaly do not process the contract correctly.
Also when cancelling order, they donot cancel in their system even thoguh they say they cancelled so they bill later and when you go to them. They say you had to sign a concent to cancel service which they do not tell you that is their process when you wnat to cancel service with them. You only find out when you get the bill.

Stay awy from Comacst / xfinity. Do not substribe with them.

Zero Stars! Waste of time! If you want to speak to someone about disconnecting your line all of a sudden and then charging you to reconnect, don't bother coming into a store. I signed up for the BOGO last year and it was never fixed to reflect one line free so every month I had to call in for a credit...Then in December a "supervisor in Philippines " said she would personally make sure it didnt happen anymore...Her resolution apparently was disconnecting my line and never saying anything ! Now conveniently the promotion can't be re-applied. Absolutely ridiculous that they have no one to help with this and direct you to FaceTime in store with accounting who isn't there on Sundays. They said an associate would need to escalate it for me since they weren't available..I waited 15 minutes only to be told by the associate that no I would need to come back Monday and FaceTime with accounting..Useless !
No, I'm not coming back! It's frustratung that I will have to continue communication with someone from another country who's first language isn't English. They are nice enough but cannot clearly express what they are trying to say. It's beginning to feel like we made a poor decision changing to Xfinity mobile. Going into this location and given incorrect information further validates this.

I went to this branch to fix an issue with my account and transfer phone number to a new phone. Leah was the lady helping me. She was very caring, spent a lot of time and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure all the issues are taken care of. It was very apparent that she was enjoying her job helping others. Very responsive and helpful. She had to call the business branch and had a gentleman ( Guerby) on the phone helping us. I deeply appreciate all Leah and Guerby did for me. Thank you Comcast team. Juan and the manager of this store were also very helpful. Thanks again

Went there to pick up our new internet equipment, that we signed up for online. The sales associate was extremely rude, condescending and belittling to both me and my partner. She wanted us to take the xfinity phone and when we refused, she just started acting in a manner that would literally get anyone fired from the job instantly. She said there was no Ethernet cable at the store and we have to pick it up from the another store. When we asked when will the store get the cable, she just turned around and, took the equipment away ! the equipment that we already paid for online and said either we take what is there and sign for it or we can cancel the order. At this point we asked to see the manager who was polite. Then magically the Ethernet cable also appeared in the store, which she was saying they don’t have any. The manager appointed another sales associate who was able to help us after that.

I would say Comcast needs to train their sales associates better and ask them not to be rude to customers. It’s appalling how rude some of them can be. Especially at big stores like this one in Dublin, Ca.
