Avoid. Rude staff went out of their way to NOT process my single item online order. It was not until a complete staff change that my order was processed.

I placed an online order and visited the store a few hours after I placed it. I asked a Tall Mexican woman about my order and she extremely rudely said ITS NOT READY UNTIL YOU GET THE EMAIL.

I politely found my single in the store and brought it to the counter to help expedite the order. She again rudely said there was NOTHING she could do, despite her working the cash register and not having A SINGLE person in line.

I left my item at the to go register and left. She actively went out of her way to not process our order, and it was not until a change of shift the next morning that my order was processed.

If you are the rude tall mexican female employee reading this - I hope you find a job that you don’t hate and maybe your days and attitude will improve.

I apologize for taking time away from texting while at your job, it was clearly more important than my purchase which I have since canceled.

I've loved this shop since I was a teen, when it was Cost Plus. Sometimes I buy, sometimes I meander.
Stopped by a couple nights ago. I was descended up on by a rather severe looking blond staffer. She'd show up at every aisle next to where I was, putting [something] away so rapidly I thought I walked in on a Top Stocker reality show filming. She was so obvious. I've never really been followed like that so it was kind of weird. To be fair I'm a landscaper and did two properties that day so I was a proper mess but still! So rude.

After a few I showed up next to her aisle and offered to follow her for a while if she liked, we can trade back and forth. Share the burden. She accepted. I bought my stuff and left.

Things like that really try to take the delight out of looking at the adorable holiday ornaments. But I've been a fan of this place far too long. Still, mgmt: heads up.

Great selection of home goods, furniture, and kitchenware. But I just go for the German pickles and Haribo candy you can't find anywhere else.

Went in to get just gift cards, but found three items I could not live without in the aisle to the registers. When the line started to get long and the first cashier was having a price looked up, it was all hands up front to speed you through your purchase. Great job! 👍👍

Do not go to this store! Over the past year I’ve spent close to $8000 there. I had a $80 return this evening and got there at 7:59pm. The attendee Danny wouldn’t come to the door and would not talk to me. I’m leaving on a plane tomorrow for a month for our wedding. He refused to speak to me. I waited until he let other customers out and explained the situation. He finally did the return. He asked if I purchased it with my phone number and I said “no” just so I could get out there. Seriously the rudest employee ever. Won’t even give a customer a courtesy of speaking! And I shop there at least twice a month.
