One of the best trading cards and collectible stores I've been too yet. The owners are super kind and very trustworthy, always on top of their research, knowledge of products and their prices are super decent.They are very about our communities and love to help wherever they can. The owner is a regular of mine at work. Super nice guy, always had good conversation even before I started going to the shop. As a Magic player, the card inventory was a little limited, but I was still able to find some cards I need. On top of that, the owner is great at communicating and following through. Really happy I work next to this place and I'm looking forward to playing commander there with my friends.

I don't know about the in person experience of this store but their online store is a complete scam! I ordered two products and waited a full week and the items still had not shipped. When I asked for an update, the owner responded saying they were waiting to get the product I ordered in so that they could send it to me despite their site saying "in stock" and this was not a pre-order item. When I asked for a refund because the wait was taking too long and I could not get a clear answer on when my products would ship, I was charged a restocking fee. I have no problem waiting a day or two for handling before shipping, I understand restocking fees for cancelled orders but if you don't ship "in-stock" items for a week a restock fee should not be charged. Now I still don't have the product I ordered for my daughter, I lost money for a "restocking" fee even though they admitted there wasn't product to restock and I wasted a week. This is just theft and it will be reported to the BBB right after this post.
