I've been using Waste Management for a while, and I have to say they are very consistent—you can always count on them to pick up the trash on schedule. In terms of reliability, they do a great job.

Would I recommend them? Well, that’s a tough question when they’re the only game in town!

On the downside, I have older trash cans, some with holes in them, and it would be great if Waste Management took a more proactive approach—maybe inspecting and replacing worn-out cans once or twice a year. Another improvement would be offering a few more free large item pickups each year. I bet many people either don’t know about this service or simply don’t take advantage of it.

Overall, they get the job done well, but a few small improvements could make a big difference!

I cannot give them even one star. I ordered a bin to be delivered on a Friday explaining to them that it was a 1-1/2 hour drive to site and I was assured it would be there. I called at 3 pm on Friday and was told it would be there by 6 pm. I arrived Saturday morning with no bin. I had to remove all my tools from my pickup and load all the trash which required a return trip to get my tools.
I was told Friday was a holiday which was 1/3/25. It was not a holiday and I felt that was just a convenient excuse.

Just about every three weeks, one of my trash/recycle bins is forgotten or not picked up, yet we pay our bill on time for the past 30+ years at the same address. We report every miss each time it occurs, except last week when the black bin did not get picked up. WM just can't get it right

My review of waste management is simply they pick up our trash on time and the cost is I guess comparable to others in the area. I don’t really feel they look at the trash cans when they empty them because mine are damaged instead of the drivers being proactive and possibly getting them replaced I am going to have to reach out to them to have them replaced.

The guys on my route are awesome. They are always friendly and smile when I wave to them. My bulk orders are always picked up by professional folks and always on time. I mean come on, the trash is just the trash. I want to make sure the folks that are working hard every day get some props for their hard work. Keep it up and thanks for keeping Corona clean.

I requested a bulk pick up for three items. They only picked up one. They said they would pick up the Remainder the next day. And they still have not. I would love to have a live person to talk to, but WM doesn’t give you that option.
