We had an old rescued turntable we thought was destined for the parts bin. Mark and Greg took it on as a project and worked a miracle! Although it needed more repairs than they anticipated, they didn’t charge us a cent past the very fair price they quoted when they picked it up. We’re now listening to John Renborn on vinyl on a rainy Santa Cruz day and feeling so grateful for our friends at Windt! We will be loyal customers from now on!

Outstanding customer service, repairs and quality products! Windt sold me an uncommon crt for my retro gaming rig - in fantastic condition, and at a very reasonable price.
They even took the time to do a full test, plus they repaired minor cosmetic damage on the cord, dissasembled the glitchy remote, and restored it to factory condition.
Can't recommend Windt enough!

Windt's is EXCEPTIONAL - 10/10. Windt's is refreshingly old-school quality service, care and skill and we would recommend them 100%.
They came to our small business to troubleshoot an aging multi-tv / video situation and were extremely thorough in presenting options.
Once we decided, they were prompt in getting the plan going (even helping us find a wonderful electrician when we voiced trouble finding one, and working with him and his schedule to keep the project on time!), communicative, reliable and on install day they were very conscience and tidy in prep, during install and wrap-up.
And the excellent service doesn't stop when the job is done - it continues! We made a user-error navigating our new system that threw everything off and they graciously swung by that same day to refresh us, with kindness, understanding and patience, on how to operate it.
Windt's is outstanding and we will absolutely use them for future needs.

Greg and his team did a wonderful job for us. Complicated installation of large screen OLED TV and surround sound system. Also distributed speakers in other rooms. He also set up the universal remote. Highly recommended!

my tv wouldn't turn on, so i called these guys and i'm so glad i did. they told me to bring it in and they would diagnose it. turns out it needed a new motherboard and they sourced one. their communication was excellent keeping me updated with the parts search and expected ETA. when the part came in they had it up and going real quick, they even pointed out a slight imperfection in the screen that i never noticed before which i was completely okay with. these guys are meticulous to detail, NICE! they even stayed a little late so i could pick it up. excellent customer service and super friendly. thanks again

Got a new receiver amp for our home system, 7 channels of confusing wires. Greg sorted it all out and got us hooked up in two shakes. Pleasant and efficient service, absolutely worth the price of a service call. Highly recommended when you need a pro audio visual person.

Our 82" TV died and I wanted a new one right now. I looked all over the internet at pricing and when it would arrive. We bought a new 75" Sony tv from SC Radio & TV and they had it mounted on our wall and we were watching it before any of the other stores could have it delivered.
They came out and mounted it and showed me how to use it - great service.
