I got a month membership for my 25 month old. The play place was underwhelming, but I’m happy my toddler enjoyed it enough to stay busy for several hours. However, after two weeks she kept wanting to leave after 35 minutes. The jungle gym was nice and all, but was simply not enough. I was hoping the owners would add more to the other empty side of the venue, but it stayed empty.

During one Saturday the venue was busy, only ONE employee was working, the line was going out the door, and three kids threw up (on different areas of the floor, not on the jungle gym thankfully) at different times within an hour. Many parents, including myself, were trying to block the kids from the soiled areas. I felt so bad for the girl working yet she remained calm and kind. Owners, this is not okay. Please schedule more support for your workers or give them a raise, because the amount of work and cleaning they do while tending to many people at a time is insane.

Other pros: good prices, in/out privileges, and the area was nicely baby proofed (when they finally decided to baby lock the exit door). Thank you for the great customer service from all the ladies and one gentleman I saw working during our month there!

This place just had a huge face-lift with the removal of the old inflatable equipment (which was often broken or down).

They've recently installed a two level play structure with slides, obstacles, climbing items, and jumping spaces. There is also a good amount of open space I hope is filled eventually with additional activities and things to do.

Equipped with clean bathrooms and party rooms.

Great place to let the kids run around for 1-2 hours out of the heat or rain.

This place is nice, and it seemed pretty clean while we were here.
Definitely overpriced for how little it has to offer - it's just one play structure. A room this size could probably fit 2 or even 3 more structures/activities, and if it did, it would definitely be worth returning to. As it is, this is a one-time visit at best.

Truth is, after reading the other reviews, I want even going to come here. I meant to go to Jumpity Bumpity, but flip-flopped then in my Google search.

If the general manger act like this what I suppose to expect from employees I went today with my three kids, for them to play The manager was the only person in the place and it was completely empty. clearly she was in a bad mood, angry face doesn’t even wants to talk with me , I took my two years old to play in this place, because they love it and my baby eight months old was with us this time when she was ready to give us the bracelet, she was going to make three bracelets . I told her that is only two babies going to play. She answer in a very rude way with attitude and dry face that she supposed to ask. dear manager I know you’re supposed to ask but I think you’re supposed to ask before you make the bracelets ready to at least give me an option to choose. Anyway we got in and I really don’t want to get in but my kids really love this place if it comes to me, I never will return, I got in, my kids start playing then my eight months old looks like he like the little pit ball that they have there I went to pay for him to play he may be stayed there for three minutes and I took him out. We went to try the upstairs balloons and it was oh my goodness DIRTYYyyyyyyyyyy I mean I’m OK for you guys to charge my eight months old full price to play but at the meantime, I’m expecting from you to keep the place clean and healthy for those babies to play not leaving a peaces of popped balloons here and there for those babies to catch it and put it in their mouth and choke with it THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE the mats on the floor, are black dirty. How does Lil babies not gonna get sick like this. Those places should be Monitor by the competent authorities just like restaurants because our kids could really be in a bad situation because of inappropriate way they run their business
Before I used to come and I used to complain but what keeps me coming is my kids because here in Fairfield we don’t have that many places for kids to play but not anymore I really don’t want to support this kind of business managed by a manager doesn’t even know anything about customer service
Oh, and I forgot to mention that one of the jumpers were close, which is on the Second floor my kids sneak inside and she came screaming at them NO IT’S DANGEROUS while I was talking to them already to get out I did not say nothing to her because I really can’t get in an argument with people doesn’t have manners when they talk to kids if they talk to kids like this so mean how I expect them to respect me as an adult!!!!!
I don’t have nothing to tell you dear manager I just need to tell everyone gonna take his babies there. Please watch over your babies because they could catch anything from the floor and swallow it. wipe their hands because the floor is very dirty REALLY DIRTY!!
God bless all the kids

Just had my daughters second birthday party here today. It was perfect. The manager was very nice and accommodating. My daughter and her party guests had an absolute blast playing here! The party room ended up working out perfect for her decorations. They added touch of the happy birthday message on the tv made in her birthday party theme was so awesome as well! Thank you wiggle works! We can’t wait to come back and play!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Should be immediately closed for endangering children and putting profit over safety. My wife took our 2yo here today and nearly resulted in tragedy because of their recklessness. Our toddler was able to get out of this play area because of a KNOWN gap between the cubbies and the window. My wife, not being within arms reach of our kid, couldn’t grab her on time or chase after her because the gap is ONLY large enough for a child. Our daughter ran straight towards the escalators and only stopped because she approached the one going up and got confused. My wife had to run all the way around to an exit to chase her and barely made it split seconds before she would’ve fallen. They also attempted to cover the gap just from being visible, not to actually prevent a child from getting through. When I talked to the manager on the phone, she confirmed there was a piece of plexy glass here that had broken over the weekend. And rather than closing the place, or at least this play area until it could be repaired they ā€œblocked it offā€. She also eluded to the point that they couldn’t afford not to open for the day, stating ā€œnot like we could afford to not do business at all todayā€. So clearly the hazard is known, didn’t fix it, opened anyway to make a few bucks. She also mentioned their rules state kids should be supervised, to which I asked if rules are to hold their hands the whole time to avoid this. Imagine telling a parent, who just watched their kids slip away to their possible death that it’s THEIR fault your business knowingly failed to keep them safe. Called the city and the mall management to report them for endangerment.

We bought the membership but it’s not even open today. The google map says it’s supposed to be open. There is no sign on the door saying it’s closed for the day either. The only sign says it should have been open since 10am but it’s 12pm already!

We love the updated play structure! We have been a couple of times since they have updated it and my little one never wants to leave! Reminds me of my childhood with DZ (discovery zone). Definitely a fun place for the little ones to burn off some energy.
They also still have the giant LEGO blocks that my little guy loved playing with.
