I just can’t say enough about the great experiences we had with the entire staff at White Sands RV! The finance department to the service department what great staff ! They really do care about their customers! Management should be proud of the staff they have created on board! The plus was they treated us like family welcoming us to their Thanksgiving buffet while we waited!

I am very pleased with the service I received at White Sands RV today. I scheduled a trip to their shop to diagnose a problem with our GS Vintage Cruiser 19ERD, and as I arrived, they were ready and waiting for my RV. They checked out the issue and we have a plan going forward. I believe that there is no repair too big for their team nor is there a customer concern too small to address promptly.
On an unrelated issue, they saw that one of my wheel bearing caps was not up to standards; it looked like part of the cap was missing. They found a serviceable bearing cap and installed it. There was no charge on my invoice for the cap. ?
Their service was on time and a step beyond what I was expecting.

We experienced problems with braking while traveling with our 38' trailer to Gulf Shores. The dealer that sold us our camper put us in touch with White Sands RV. They gave us an appointment for the morning we were leaving for home which worked perfectly. They got us in with just a short wait. A technician took a ride with us to assess the condition. He quickly made some adjustments and provided helpful information. The brakes performed much better and we were extremely happy with how well we were treated by the staff at White Sands.

Their Service Department is incompetent and does not follow manufacturers' procedures. Their warranty dept would not even help me get a puck light replaced under warranty UNLESS I would bring the entire RV in for service. Do not expect an easy time getting post-purchase support. They only received one star from me because they had good prices, but the rest of my experience buying from them was very frustrating.

Entire experience was extremely comfortable and handled by all staff as professionally as possible. Hans was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer any questions asked and did not place any purchasing pressure on my wife and I whatsoever. Melissa was able to explain all aspects of the financing for our purchase and responded promptly to any questions, and Ryan gave an in depth and thorough explanation of all operations of the camper. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

Great place to buy an RV. No pressures sales style, they work with you on your trade in, even the finance office was laid back. Dave from sales was was awesome and helped us find the camper we liked and could afford. Ryan in service was an expert in prepping the RV after we bought it making sure every detail was correct. Amanda in finance helped through the paperwork and closed out the sale with integrity. Everyone at White Sands Rv is a pro, is super nice, and treated us with respect.
This was the best buying experience we have had!
