Mike at the Marco Island location is so helpful every time we come in. Always service with a smile. I’ve been shopping at this store since 1998 and he’s one of the only employees that will stop what he’s doing and check the stock in the back to see if they have an item I’m looking for. Today, after I pushed my cart to the back of the parking lot (which he offered to do but I declined) he came running out to grab the cart from me and take it back inside. That’s what I call great customer service! I honestly gave up on this location years ago and would only go to the naples location or use my west marine pro deliveries but Mike is turning this store around! Keep up the good work!!!!

I went in hoping to find some water shoes/boots that would keep small shells from getting under my feet and irritating them when wading through the waves. The salesperson seemed helpful and recommended a pair of wading ankle boots he said would help keep shells from getting between my feet and the bottom of my shoes. The boots were expensive. When I tried them out in the ocean they did not remotely, not even a little bit, keep shells from getting under my feet. Worse the boots are snug so when I went to take them off with shells stuck inside the shells end up cutting and hurting my feet significantly. I can not recommend this place if you want accurate answers or help finding items that work.

Not sure the deal? Empty store and staff two men both sort of stuck up and rude as if they didn't have the time to be helpful? However the store was empty? I've had similar experience in the past However this reminds me of why myself and others choose not to come in this particular store. 100% opposite in marathon, Florida. These guys customer service skills rate slightly higher than Walmart, and only because they spoke English. Not the place to go if you don't know exactly what you want and where it is.
