Maggie forced me to divorce, took my kids, and then had to sign agreement to let her sell our house and keep commission.
She works with her fake Christan father Jim who was to much of a Coward to help his family.
I didn't want to sell my house or divorce and loose my kids.

Worst experience of my life. I do not recommend buying a house listed by this agency and/or Barbara Coy. She interviewed me about my marital status, how many children I had, my ethnic background and where I worked before accepting my earnest money deposit on a sales contract? Also, many bumps and additions were added to sale contract after the deal was made and I already committed to buy and passed up opportunities on other properties. 8 months after closing she harasses me putting her card in my mailbox (tampering with the mail) and then that weekend shows up on my doorstep demanding items left in a closet of the house? Very, very strange situation to have to deal with her. This person needs to be reported to the fair housing commission board.

If I could leave NO STARS I would. This place is a mess. We rented a house from them- found out that there was mold behind the kitchen wall. The dishwasher they had installed had been leaking into the wall the entire time!! We immediately alerted them and then they gave us a 7 day notice to get out right before Christmas!! We had 3 children. We always paid rent on time, never had an issue, were basically perfect tennants. It was a nightmare trying to get my security deposit back. We had to stay in hotels and pay thousands of dollars because nothing around is for rent at December. SHARON DANIELS AND LAURA VOGEL are heartless, rude, unprofessional monsters.

I do not recommend buying a house listed by this agency and/or Aurora Millado. Among the many issues I never got the keys/remote controls for garage neither from the closing agent or listing agent at closing. Lou Buttice (Closing Agent) told me "We don't deal with that". I had to spend 4+ hours trying to figure it out how to get the keys. During this ordeal it came out that there were no remotes for the house and this was never disclosed until I was asking for them. Another issue is that I had to pay again for appraisal at closing since Laura Brandt (Escrow Officer) couldn't make work the final numbers. If I could I would leave NO STARS.

Maggie Patek and Jim Ruddy at Watson Realty were amazing to work with while selling the home my brother and I were raised in. They were there every step of the way and treated us like family. I'd definitely recommend them!
