Excellent views. Overall nice setup of apartment. Absolutely terrible when it comes to resolving noise complaints. Was told that because the smoke detector that was beeping every 2 minutes for 30 days straight, that was coming from the maintenance closet they work out of across from my apartment was not an issue they needed to address right away because the noise wasn't coming from my place. One of the workers Jennifer, who works in the leasing office, even said she walked past the room and never heard a noise which is impossible, because I had three neighbors stop and ask me if they heard that same noise going on and I said yes I've filed numerous complaints and they still arent fixing it. I even asked one of the workers to walk 30 steps out of the leasing office doors to identify the issue so I can show them within 1 minute exactly what I was complaining about and they refused to saying they were too busy. It was until I threatened to call the cops did someone even consider fixing it. Finally when I got home on my lunch break, one of the maintenance guys opened up the door to where the noise had been coming from which is their utility closet and within two seconds he cut the wires and resolved the issue. Why did it take me threatening to call the cops in order for a 30 second resolution to be fixed?!?! The worker said they are understaffed which I understand, but you have a smoke detector going off every two minutes and clearly if you have someone complaining 5 times in 30 days that it shouldn't take that long to get resolved. It's the fact I had to call 5 times and show up twice in person to get the most annoying sound of all time to stop going off is INSANE!!! Lack of respect from the staffing in the leasing office, one of the girls said, "maybe you just have sensitive ears"

I lived here for about 3 years. I cannot give 3.5 stars, so 4 will do. The biggest issues I had with the actual complex were the very limited guest parking spots, and how difficult it is to get quick, if any, responses from the leasing office. If you like having people and family over they'll have to park across the street at one of the plazas. Good luck.

They provided a towing company card for my assigned parking space. People who are not familiar with the complex, or just plain don't care to read signs, will park in your spot. Especially if you're near a sidewalk entrance to the building. Not once on the 3 different occasions I had to call them did that towing company ever actually have a human being answer their phone. I complained once to the apartment complex because someone stayed in my spot overnight, even until the next morning, and the towing company number wouldn't even dial through. The leasing office informed me that the towing company had their phones down that day. Go figure. Reserved parking is nice but in addition to finding your spot occupied, there are not enough spots for guests.

Management can be difficult to get ahold of. Post the quarantine part of the pandemic the days and times they were in the office became fewer and fewer as time went on. It is difficult to get through on the phone. You basically have to plan a day off work for any immediate issues to address with them directly. My new apartment complex couldn't even get my rental history from the WaterVue leasing office. That was after providing them with the generic office email, the phone number, AND some of the staff's direct emails. I had to email them twice before they finally acknowledged my email notifying them that after moving out my phone number was still registered into the call box and being called. I still had one additional call come through to me weeks after.

Ok, the positives. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Some minor questionable design choices, like the bathroom door opening in and blocking the drawers on the far left of the vanity. Otherwise beautiful countertops, nice low pile berber type carpet, and expansive screened in balconies.

You can input all of your maintenance requests over their app, and maintenance repairs are quick and efficient once they receive your request. Never had any issues with this. You can pay for your rent on the app as well. Make sure you cancel your last month's rent payment it has to be mailed. They won't accept it via the app. Something about their corporate practice.

I only had 2 inconvenient neighbors. It doesn't matter what apartment you live at, you're bound to encounter that type at least once. Neither stayed for very long thankfully. I very rarely overheard the low murmur of a loud TV, or the very rare upstairs thump.

Loved the huge pantry closet and open concept style.

I posted pictures post move out for anyone curious about the suite style apartments (has a bedroom but no door, extended large studio). Keep in mind some units have a white/grey countertop, and others are black.

I moved in on January 10th of this year. Honestly my only complaint is the horrific guest parking. I dread inviting people over. There were some obnoxious kids that would take over the parking lot riding their bikes but I think someone complained and that stopped almost immediately. I’m so glad because I almost ran one over one day!! The place is not trashed. There are some dirty people who live here. Yes totally. But the maintenance dude is awesome. He’s always out on the premises cleaning up so the mess you see at night, isn’t there in the morning because he’s on it lol. My neighbors on each side of me, I never see or hear them so Im good! Great view of the lake and that sunset is breathtaking. I come home late like 2am, 3am sometimes and there’s never any creeps loitering or walking around ever. These other reviews might just be some disgruntled people because I don’t have any roaches, spiders, etc. my trash gets picked up with no issue, like it’s super chill here! And it’s more affordable than most places in the area. Just really wish they’d fix the parking situation for guests.

The actual apartment and view of lake from patio are both amazing!

Loud neighbors above ... way beyond what would be considered normal.

Residents leave trash around hallways and parking lot.

Assigned parking but my spot was taken more than 5 times. Have to park across the street when this happens.

Spiders and webs at eye-level in hallway leading up to my apartment. Not a priority for maintenance. Very scary with the poor hallway lighting.

Poor lighting made putting key in door a majorchallenge. They refused to address the issue despite me being elderly.

Very argumentative leading office. Slow with paperwork.

They scheduled move-out inspection for Sep 2nd. Didn't conduct it. Brought to their attention. They said they would reschedule. Never did. I requested an inspection by email. No response.

My last day was Oct 13th. I have not heard from them this month. It's Oct 29th. Phone calls to corporate go to voicemail. And no response to voicemail.

My new apartment cannot get response from them to verify my tenancy. They gave up trying after a week or so.

And you can't turn in a light in bathroom without vent fan. Only one switch.

Very bare minimum community lacking amenities and guest parking is essentially non existent. The community and maintenance is going to more than likely not show up or make themselves available for a move out inspection with hopes of you not having videos or photo evidence to dispute their egregious move out charges. I ensured that my unit was cleaned and yet the cm put on my move out docs to corporate that my unit wasn’t cleaned. They also charged me a parking spot cleaning fee (made up by corporate as a creative way to increase revenue beyond raising base rent) and they’ll also charge you a carpet cleaning fee at move out if you don’t provide documentation that you paid for a carpet cleaning service yourself, which isn’t a standard industry practice. I was able to get most of the charges removed after providing photos and videos I recorded of the unit before turning in my keys. Wouldn’t recommend this community as the renewal rate I received was well above the rate of all the newer communities in area with full amenity offerings and unlimited parking spaces.

I went to see the apts I have to said they are very clean and impeccable shining and have good smell , the management office treated me with professionalism and they were very knowledgeable, I was clear of every doubt of the process, Jazmin the community director and her staff were very kindly, I will definitely sign the lease agreement next week , 100% recommending the place .

my sister is being evicted from watervue . She did not pay her rent due to the mold in this complex , do not move here , they are never in the office and the mold is outrageous, she asked to be let out of her lease because of the mold a week after moving in and got no reply !

Where do I even begin? Don’t be fooled by the great prices. Rent has been raised from $1200 to over $1700 in the past 3 years, despite the same unit being currently advertised at $1399. Dishwasher has been broken since May (it’s now August) despite numerous emails and work orders. The elevators are constantly out of service for months at a time, which makes carrying luggage or groceries up 4 flights of stairs super fun. The stair wells are filthy. There’s a pest infestation. The entry doors, which are supposed to be unlocked only by a resident’s key fob, have all been unlocked indefinitely (safety issue). The office staff are snarky and argumentative. While the view is beautiful, the constant smell of weed from neighboring balconies permeates the apartments. Sound travels easily, so you can hear every argument, conversation, and noise from your neighbors as if it were happening on your own balcony. The frequent screaming and fighting among residents adds to the overall undesirable atmosphere of this complex. I loved this place when we first discovered it, but the deteriorating living conditions, poor management, lack of maintenance, low-class tenants, and extreme annual rent increases (over 40%!) are becoming unbearable. Writing this in hopes someone will take our email complaints seriously. Will update if anything changes.

Although their reply says to email them at their public relations email, I have cc’d that email on every single complaint, and never once received a response. I guess I’ll try again today. Stay tuned…
