Our friends highly recommended the Walter Group after their great experience buying a condo on Lido Key.

We chatted about what our needs were in a waterfront vacation home. When we came to town to meet them and look at a few properties, they took us house hunting by BOAT! Not only was that fun, it really enabled us to experience the lifestyle we were looking for.

They have lived on Longboat Key for over 25 years and REALLY know the area and market. They were able to steer us to our best neighborhood after listening to what we liked/disliked about the properties we saw.

We found a home we loved in the neighborhood that was not on the market. They made that home happen for us. Who does that? Janet and Steve Walter do . . . They go above and beyond to help their clients. We are so grateful in every way they helped us. Their say/do ratio is 100%.
