I offered to pay for a friend to stay there for her safety during hurricane. She booked and I paid with my credit card and when she went to check in the refused to allow check in without card in hand. Therefore refusing safety from the storm and now refuse to refund my money. I will bash them anytime I have the opportunity. Terrible business practice. Beware.tourist trap in the worst way.

Testing site easy and accessible. There is a long wait. I recommend preregister and have your QR bar code before coming. If not they will not let you in line. Also there is no ADA accomadation for disable individuals so be prepare for this. Definitely do NOT recommend any children or babies who cannot wear mask to be here.

Went to the covid testing site, appt needed and some online pprwk to fill out prior to arrival... All easy there were loads of appointments and process was easy... But it's not a drive thru, you do get out the car.

Free, no waiting COVID-19 testing.
You don't have to be a DISNEY cast member but if you are you get a fast pass line. You should enter by way of the east access road, see the big portable sign. Extremely well organized, fast in and out. Do it.

Do not under any circumstance go here for your PCR Covid test. We had an appointment booked for 8:30 am February 3 and took a cab from our hotel there. Upon arrival they said we are not doing PCR tests today. We then walked over to a CVS drug store which was close and we could not get a test through them as an apt was needed and they were then all booked up and nothing available. We then walked over to Walgreens and had the same results there. Ok now we take cab back to resort, more money, and find only solution left is to get test at airport and pay $175 per person. That worked out perfect and we did get our test. Maingate just wreaked our holiday by there screw up. We had filled out registration online so they could have notified us to let us know they could not do the test. VERY INEFFICIENT. Do not depend on them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very expensive for us.

I am here covid-19 Test but line was long it ok and move fast and I went their again this but this line move fast I hardly wait 10 min and result was ready in 15 min. Good place for covid ond well organized

I just think Disney could work more on affordability and do something about the insane wait times/fast pass accessibility. We have a good time but don't get to do half of what we'd like. I think it is all over-rated. Experience it all for sure at least once. Just saying I'd be back more frequently if the price/lines were better.
