I had a bad experience with the manager who couldn’t just admit lots of things on that isle where misplaced by employees and wouldn’t honor the price of a dog bed they misplaced. It wasn’t the only one lots of things where in the wrong place. Her attitude was rude I don’t understand how she works in customer service. It’s sad they treat people like this and I was just shopping. Horrible customer service by the supervisor because the lady in cosmetics was super nice.

Your cashier named Alicia is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Anytime I get stuck in her line, she never smiles or says hello, looks super annoyed to even be there, barks at people saying things like "YOU NEED TO GET YOUR BAGS", while you're still trying to unload your cart, or, "gimme that back it scanned wrong", and then just "here you go" as a receipt is shoved at you or just slapped on the counter as she turns her back. No please, thank you, nothing. One time could be a bad day but she is like this every single time, I try to avoid her. Not someone you want in customer service. Get rid of her and hire a nice, friendly person. The rest of your cashiers & door staff are always nice & friendly

Just one time I want an employee to help me when I need help. I don’t expect any enthusiasm or even a smile I just want someone to be available. I don’t expect help right away im willing to wait a few minutes. But why am I still disappointed when I have such a low expectations. 20+ minutes of waiting and asking multiple employees to help me. I literally had time to go use the restroom and come back and still nobody had come. The one lady who was staring at me the whole time waiting for assistance for formula finally decided she was willing to help me get some. She had to be asked directly from another associate I guess 3 calls on the intercom wasn’t enough. Please hire someone that doesn’t hate people for once.

I hope this stores faculty and bossman(s) read this.

I had a total of 18 items when the screen at self check out cut me off at 15 with “associate will be with you shortly”. Said “associate” tells me how I should’ve went to a regular line with more than 15 items. Mind you I only had 3 more items to scan yet I was stopped, my time was wasted as well as the poor minimum wage associate telling me to move to the register lines for 3 more items to scan.

This was a rather aggravating and exhausting customer “associate” experience just to get out the store with what I needed.

I would’ve preferred to be waived and let alone at the self check out with my 3 more items to just walk out and get out of the customers way behind me.

Racist workers. While I was in line to check out, I noticed no one was at the door scanning receipts like they usually do and when I looked around, the receipt scanning dude was talking to another employee laughing about something. People went through the door for about two minutes without getting their receipts scanned. The receipt scanner stopped talking to his buddy when a dark male walked through the door, asking him to take a few steps back and show him his receipt. After he scanned the receipt, he let 3 white males exit the store without scanning their receipt. I finished scanning my items (keep in mind this is the self checkout line) and headed towards the door, the guy in front of me was white and the receipt guy just smiled at him and said "have a good day" so i thought "he didn't see his receipt so I think I'm good to go" wrong. The guy talked in a Southern accent and said "sir I'm going to need to see your receipt" (keep in mind as well I purchased 2 items that weren't even bagged) (A candle and some Christmas lights) I asked him, "didn't you just let them go without checking them?" And he said "it's store policy" which makes no sense.. how do you stop me, who had two items in my hand and paid literally 10 feet away from you but did not stop the other guy with a full shopping cart?

Super packed with people, it looks disorganized. Not an enjoyable place to shop. If you need to get something, get in and get out.

Absolutely great food. I got a quesadilla with some tacos, and smothered them with beans and salsa for a deliciously messy meal. My friend got the enchiladas. They did recently raise prices, and the menu does not reflect that yet, so I got a surprise. Even so, it was still worth it. Highly recommended.
