Working with Jay at VRtical Media was seamless & efficient! We worked with him to create a 360 degree tour of our wedding venue, and he is amazing! The product itself came out better than I could have imagined. It has made such an impact on our sales business and client experience, especially for out of state clients. I love being able to share the link with clients to better visualise their special day! Besides the amazing final product, Jay himself is incredible and extremely professional! He was extremely accommodating and flexible to our busy schedule during the event season. Jay took time out of his schedule to even meet with me for personal training on how to maximize the tool to the best of its capabilities. I could not recommend Jay enough! THANK YOU for everything!

We worked with Jay to create a 360º tour of our new retail space and I am incredibly impressed by the level of definition and his attention to detail as a photographer. We plan to use our view on our google business pages and as the main component of our landing page for our new space. Jay went above and beyond in working with our schedules and ensuring that the shot was going to turn out exactly as we wanted, including working around a construction project that interrupted our original scheduled date. In addition to capturing our space, he built out a customized skin highlighting both my studio-mate's and I's business websites and branding. We plan to have Jay expand on our existing project soon to bring our customers all the way into and around our space while highlighting some of our popular and promoted products. Our experience working with Jay has been incredible. The 360 tour has been tremendously beneficial to guests that are not able to come to the property or those living out-of-state. This has become a very helpful tool in portraying all our property has to offer. It is very user friendly and has been very effective. The virtual tour is amazing! Sometimes with a restaurant with a lot of tables and chairs it is hard to envision the space for a special event, so we had Jay come in and shoot the morning before a large wedding so other guests can see how the space can be transformed for a special event. It is super helpful for guests booking a destination wedding or those who live out of state, because we can hop on a call or on a Zoom meeting and I can walk them through the virtual tour just like we would if they came to Salem. It is also helpful for explaining where stationery displays (like the welcome table, desserts, raw bar, etc) would all be set up for the evening.  I would highly recommend Jay and his services, he was great to work with and it was a super quick turnaround!
