This place has a whole lot of potential, but we got there and more than half the games and experiences were not working, and on a busy Saturday they only had one guy running the whole thing. You can’t start a game or experience on your own so you need the vr tech guy to start it up for you. We bought 2 of the half hour unlimited packages and definitely didn’t get our money’s worth because we ran out of time. Overall, if the machines were working and we could start them up ourselves to move through quickly or they had more than one tech, this place would definitely be worth it.

Not worth the money. Not many games/experiences to choose from. Only 2 girls working and they have to start the games for you which takes a fair amount of time. We were only able to play 3 games during our 30 minutes. One experience is $7. Unlimited 30 minutes was $25. Could’ve saved myself $4 by purchasing individual experiences. Small amount, I know but annoying nonetheless. Maybe if there were more people working that could assist or customers could start the games on their own so there wasn’t so much waiting cutting into our 30 minutes it might’ve been a better experience.

Saw this VR place and decided to come as a family. Drive over two hours just to find out 90% of the machines were not working. On top of that the two workers kept starting at us and talking about us. After playing the first game we decided to play another. Once we began one worker came up to me and removed the head set and told me they closed. Didn’t even let me and my family finish the game that I paid for. We were kicked out even before the time the store closes. As a business owner myself this is very unacceptable. To my understanding Arizona state law states that NO ONE can be kicked out of a store while they are inside. Especially if we already had paid. Hey his is not a place I would ever return to. Disgusting attitudes and nasty customer service. Never recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Employees were very rude, kicked us off our game, while we were in the middle of our game because the workers wanted to go home. When I tried to buy a last experience 15 minutes before closing they denied me, while I was already in the store. The employee also physically touched and removed the headset off of my mothers head in the middle of a game. Very disappointed, we visited all the way from New York to have the worst experience. Many machines were also out of service.

Just went to the new VR Extreme and had a great time. One of us was 56 and the other 16 years old, both enjoyed. We did the roller coaster, a great option if you want the thrill with the option of closing your eyes at the real scary parts. ? Also did the ocean and star wars battle, we both enjoyed. I personally got a little sick on the star wars, a little intense. The car racing was a blast and my grandson enjoyed trying out one of the gaming options. would recommend for something a little different to try out. The staff were great and walked us through everything. A big kiudo t o our guide Dylan, he was fantastic

As someone who owns an Oculus Rift S and has 100 hours playing Beat Saber, I can certainly say that the experience here was enjoyable compared to playing VR at home, and it is full of potential. However, certain parts of the experience could use tweaking. Firstly, when playing games such as Beat Saber, you are started and then given a set amount of time. Once that time is up, you can't continue unless you get them to restart the timer. In a game like Beat Saber, this is incredibly frustrating as it can suddenly interrupt a level, and if you don't have time left or any "experience"'s left, then you can't finish the level. In addition, their Beat Saber version is several months out of date and missing the newer 360 and 90 degree levels as well as a few additional regular levels. The other thing is that the game Inbound is certainly interesting, but it quickly became boring due to the nature of the game. Overall, it is worth the money, but there is still plenty room for improvement.

COMPLETELY UNIMPRESSED. As a family of 4 that highly admires gaming and excited for the new VR tech. This place dropped the ball here. We don’t own a VR headset so we were super excited to try this experience. But it’s a flop from us!

Came here with my family, and it was empty at the time, but the workers were so friendly and personable! We had a great time playing the games, and enjoying our time! I would definitely recommend people coming here!
