This is my second VR game with my friends - Signal Lost. It was a little more straightforward than my previous game Escape the Lost Pyramid, but still quite a challenge to understand the intent and perform the required tasks. Glad to have a more seasoned player who could decipher what is needed and provide the guidance. ? The staff were on hand to patiently prompt and guide us along.
Escape the Lost Pyramid had more tasks and various levels to clear to reach the top of the pyramid to escape.
It has been an interesting experience for seniors to be immersed into the world of VR gaming and feel young again. ?
Definitely involved teamwork with lots of mutual support and “where? what? how?”
Escape the Lost Pyramid requires every player to clear each level while Signal Lost is possible with just one player to complete the game.
Overall, it has made me interested in the VR world indeed!

Staff Cheryl and Sana were very friendly and patient with us even though there were a few hiccups to our experience. First, the system did not reflect that full payment had already been made even though I produced a receipt and this caused a delay to our start time. The sensors in the game weren't very accurately calibrated and the games crashed multiple times during game play so we had to wait for the system restarts and go through the same tutorials. But we really appreciated the extension of time and for honouring our booking on a rest day.

Held a company bonding event on a Saturday morning. VR World was very accommodating to open the area earlier than their usual operating hours to cater to our schedule. They also provided complimentary door gifts which were a pleasant surprise! VR World also gave us some time extension when some teams were having difficulty completing the escape room game. Overall our group had a great time, and would recommend VR World to anyone looking to have a cozy and fun-filled session

It was super fun and cool. We had an amazing time there. We played this Cook Out cooking game, and we could also spray each other with the sauce!? We are thinking of going back a second time to try the escape room!? look for Ryan, one of the staff. He was very patient with us and guided us throughout the game.

*Update: Owner offered an one hour complimentary session plus souvenir and photo taking to compensate our experience.*

Fun and cool experience but unfortunately there's a few downside when I was there last Wed.
Staff did explain clearly but he didn't assist us in making sure our VR headset is tight enough, for the whole time both of us were adjusting it and we do admit it is our fault also for not raising this issue as well. Moreover he seems very eager to go home, can't wait for us to leave as soon as we finish the game.

Booked this experience from Pelago website, listed on Pelago that drinking water, souvenir and digital photo taking will be included but none of these are there. Quite disappointed in this, please remove from Pelago website if these are not available.

We had an amazing experience at Vrworld! The staff were really friendly and made us really comfortable with our vr experience. Shawn, Sana and Cheryl did a wonderful job at explaining the games, guiding us and letting us leave with a whole new idea of the VR world. Thank you so much Vrworld!!

Escape rooms are so much fun! The realistic shooting zombies are so exciting. The staffs are super helpful and friendly, and they give great gaming tips. They even provide refreshments and let us charge our phones.

Played the Jungle Quest escape room with the family: 2x adults and 2x 8 year olds. The kids needed quite sometime to familiarise with the controls but got the hang of it after awhile. They had a lot of fun as is a unique experience for them (They played a physical escape room and VR arcade before). We were so close to completing the room and just needed another 5-10mins to finish the last part!
