These guys are fantastic! If you want to experience the current generation of VR gaming but can't afford to put down $3000+ on a high quality gaming PC and VR setup plus paying for games then VR junkies is a great option. They provide fantastic service for anyone who isn't personally familiar with VR, and can walk you through the controls, as well as get you set up comfortably in the headset (as well as cleaning and adjusting for glasses!). They are very knowledgeable and polite, and for $45 an hour (of actual gameplay, they stop the timer when you're not in a game) their service is definitely worth it. They do get pretty busy on the weekends and in the afternoon so if you want to just walk in and have fun you might want to come in early or make a reservation.

This place is so cool. It was my first experience with VR and the owners (a husband/wife team) were very kind. They have a ton of games to choose from, and lots of space to play. I am officially addicted! My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. The owners have invested in some very expensive equipment, though, so it's understandable. I don't foresee prices coming down until VR becomes accessible to more people.

VR is a completely different kind of gaming experience, and I suggest starting slowly. You are so immersed in the game that it is easy to become disconnected with the world around you. Expect to be a little disoriented once you disconnect.

This place is amazing! I have always come in with a group, and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes. There are countless game options to choose, and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are always patient while I choose a game and get set up. This is the only place my family goes for VR entertainment. I can’t wait to go back!

My son had a great time, not a bad set up at all. If your into VR check it out. First night no line at all. Next day we had a 25 minute wait, but we were in the mall so we felt the wait flew by. The staff is friendly. At first i felt it was a bit pricey but understandable and we had fun so it was worth it. Looking forward to our next visit and maybe a loyalty program. .. .

I love VR Junkies! It's my favorite place to go when I'm in the area! The selection of games they have is pretty good, I doubt that you won't find something you'll like. Their prices are pretty reasonable too for the amount of game time you can get. And their staff... I have yet to be helped by someone I didn't like, they're all so nice and really passionate about their jobs! Overall, 10/10 my favorite place to go for entertainment! ❤❤❤

I brought my son here a few days ago. The Owners which are a husband and wife team were fantastic. The wife walked my son through how to operate it and explained it in a way that was easy for him to understand. He is 8 years old. This would be a great place for a party as well. The prices were reasonable. All in all we had a great experience. Only downfall is my son asks me everyday Dad when are we going back?

This place is a lot of fun! The equipment is always in great working order and very clean! They have a lot of VR programs to choose from for any age. The only thing I've noticed from the staff is sometimes a lack of patience with the younger children or children that either don't know how to work the controllers or have questions about the game.

Having visited quite a few VR experiences in the US, Aust and NZ, would have to rate this one at the top of the list. Very well laid out and tidy, the equipment was top notch and the range of games excellent. But the most exceptional element was the level of customer service - it had the feel of a family run business which was fantastic. Especially the knowledge of games, the speed in which you were up and running and the patience I observed being shown to young children/first timers in helping them get started. Overall a great morning out.
HIGHLY recommend VR Junkies particularly if you are doing VR for the first time. Looking forward to going back!
